I'm originally from Iloilo and currently living in the U.S. I'm glad you showed us the fishing port that sells a wide range of fish, particularly fresh tuna,Aluy(small tuna) belong2, the blue crab and more. It's good to see that the place has been upgraded, and it's better aesthetically-looking than it was before. The place is something I miss very much. The last time I visited that place was in 2000. I hope you have a great time in the city.
Yes indeed @SkyleLitz and thank you so much for watching... The complex is amazing as well as your entire city po! Just in the short 3-years I've been visiting, the city has undergone amazing transformation. Not sure if you've watched my 'Sunset Blvd' video, but its proof of the dedication, organization and long-term vision of the government. Kudo's to your hometown! I am however, somewhat worried about the growth rate reflected in the rapid influx of foreigners. Although it is financially positive, too many, too rapidly could have negative results if not managed (price increases, traffic congestion, loss of Iloilo identity (reference Dumaguete)). Thanks again for watching.... I do love your hometown po!
@renzdouglas I actually watch your Sunset Blvd vlog multiple times. I'm overwhelmed by the beauty, which is a well-organized urban planning. The hanging bridge along the river looks amazing. It has a resemblance to the Esplanade in Laughlin, Nevada. Here in Sin City, there is the new redesign of Boulder Highway. It is a 7.5 mile stretch highway similar to Sunset, with dedicated bike lanes on both sides and the addition of bus lane running down in median. Your effort in showing us the new sunset boulevard and the beautiful city of Iloilo is greatly appreciated.
Nice vedio
Salamat po!
