The 65X24 mm format is very interesting I find, it gives another dynamic another reading grid to the images.
Sometimes like here I take some of my images to apply this format to animal images.
And you, what is your favorite format?
Unlike some Hasselblad, Fujifilm or Panasonic devices, the 65X24 format does not exist on the R7.
You just need to have some basic knowledge of Photoshop to be able to crop to the right format and prepare your files for export.

Hello, Professor. I want to ask you about the Canon R7 camera. What do you think of it? Is it good for shooting sports and wildlife, and what is the quality of the image? Do you recommend this camera to me?
The best is always to go to a store to have the device in hand! at the moment I am testing the lumix G9ii it is not for me not at all adapted to my hands (which are wide).
The R7 is a good device for the price however it has advantages and disadvantages:
- PRO :
good image and video quality in 4K25 fine
32.5 million pixels
good autofocus
all-purpose device a kind of Swiss knife
good ergonomics
- CONS :
No oversampled 4K50
C-LOG3 could be improved and limited in particular the dynamic range
sometimes series of images where the AF is capricious 1 photo out of 2 is blurry well-known problem denounced by Duade Paton, Jan Wegener and so many others. Very limited lens range for now
Limited ISO increase
Rolling Shutter very present
If you want to stay on Canon I recommend the R6 Mark II which has a much better AF, better in low light which has a 4K50 Oversampled, a wider range of lenses and there is no problem of blurry photos.

I recommend the channel of David Ribeiro who is a sports photographer who uses 2 R6 Mark II on a daily basis.
For my part I am waiting for the appearance of a C-LOG 2 on an R6 Mark III or I will change brands to have a better optical park to follow ...

Estou pesquisando sobre a sigma 150-600mm, e também estive de olho na RF 200-800mm, possuo uma R7, e quero fazer fotografia de vida selvagem, pássaros.
Oque você me diria, vale a pena, pegar uma Sigma 150 600mm ou esperar um pouco e ir na RF 200-800mm?
Estou perguntando por que ainda não possuo muita experiência, no máximo usei uma 70-200mm F4.
A Sigma 150-600 tem uma boa relação custo-benefício com boa qualidade de imagem! Por outro lado, o autofoco pode ser melhorado e principalmente ao focar em vídeo faz muito ruído o que dificulta ou até impossibilita a gravação de som dependendo da situação! a RF200-800 é uma boa óptica, os 200mm adicionais são muito úteis para pássaros pequenos! Nas fotos a qualidade é comparável exceto que em 800mm temos uma qualidade um pouco melhor que a Sigma em 600mm. A maior diferença na qualidade da imagem está no vídeo e o Bokeh do RF200-800 é ainda mais cremoso! o RF200-800 está silencioso! Como tenho o RF200-800 vendi minha Sigma 150-600 para comprar recentemente a Sigma RF-S 18-50 F2.8 que estou testando! Até breve, Ludo

@@ludowild A sim, sempre amei a natureza e os pássaros, e sempre foi um sonho poder chegar perto observar e fotografar.
Estava com um pouco de receio com a sigma justamente pela compatibilidade do auto foco com a R7, mas pelo que percebi até o momento não funciona perfeito mas funciona.
E a sigma está ao alcance no momento, então acredito que vou provar adquirir ela.
É sempre bom iniciar com oque é possível no momento, mas iniciar né?
No futuro sempre poderemos fazer upgrade.
@@RBGIMAGENS Com a última atualização de firmware da Canon R7 versão 1.5, parece que a Sigma 150-600 funciona um pouco melhor🙂
