"Am I just happy to see this plane, or is there a checker in my pocket?" 🤣😂🤣 You guys made my day!!! Thank you so much for doing what you do, and how, and for sharing it!
Captain Blaž is great ;-) And this plane is just amazing. I love it. And we really love so much to film and test planes. And have time of our lives. Thanks for all support my friend and big salute from Slovenia.
I know htis is an older video but man! The F4U Corsair in my humble opinion was one of the most beautiful WW2 era planes ever. This model is exceptional. Thanks guys.
Just watched this video again and what a great laugh with Capt Robert throwing up his hat after successful landing! Funny fun fun with you two gentlemen !!!!!!!
Simply the best RC review channel on YT.... guys, excellent non edited maidens, (we all like a maiden!)...... but the the small humour you make us feel humble again that its "OK" to make some mistakes...... keep going, watching all your films now..... from Czech Republic!!
You bring such joy, compassion and love for Life! Not just for the hobby, but for your brother and this is very special. You both make us feel like we are right at home with you. I don’t think there is a channel I enjoy more than yours. One of my bucket list items is to come to Slovenia and fly with you. Oh...and eat and drink with you. All the very best my friends, you are amazing. Thank you.
You guys are awesome!!!! I'm retired USAF and I'm glad to see you guys have newer planes in addition to the WWII birds!!! I love your videos!!! You guys must be RICH!!! That's a whole lotta planes!!! I'm now a new subscriber. Thanks again guys!!! You really make the videos humorous as well as interesting!! Keep up the good work guys!!!
It's nice to see even experienced pilots like yourself still gets nervous. Makes me feel better when I do. Usually with the bigger birds. RC Motto, Build--Fly--Crash--Repeat :-)
My Dad told a story about full size Corsairs being ferried from Texas after the war. They used pilots in training and sometimes the very young pilot would give full throttle right away on takeoff resulting in a full throttle ground loop to the left complete with the ripping up of sod etc. Great to watch, not so for the young pilot.
FANTASTIC! White trim looks superb! Finish off the top of the rudder with white as well. Never did like the powder blue on this plane. Your scheme is WAAAAY better.
It was really great my friend. And I will do that. There is something missing at the rudder. And I will paint fuel tanks all white like I wanted already.
love you guys, i'm from new brunswick canada 53 years old always been rc enthusiate.cptn when you salute you remind me of benny hill.please dont stop saluting.i get to vertually fly with you guys and have a great time watching you.
You guys are probably the best RC channel I've ever seen unlike those others that look like obvious ads like they saying why you should get it I like you guys cuz u just fly
That was truly it! What a giant beauty! Looks real from my computer screen. Good paint job Pilot Robert. Good filiming Captain Blaz! I too would worry about flying that plane also. I looks expensive.
Great channel guys doing guys stuff without being hassled by woman, I think Robert there will be a lot more RC flyers after watching these great videos!
i know exactly what you say at beginning of the video: i start with rc flying when i was 31years old(ago 3 years i start) and its the best what happend in my life😁. flying rc planes are the best hobby in the world👍 the paintjob was very good,,it looks like you buy it lik this😄
Hello to Capt.Blaz and pilot Robert cheers from U.S. thanks for the video awesome skills at the sticks and lots of great filming from the doctor of nitro Capt.Blaz. Just having fun RC'n. That is a beautiful plane. Thanks for your time and knowledge.
Oh Yeah, baby......what a plane. The only thing missing was the dog fight! Imagine how agile it would be on full rates. Great landing. The Corsair has presence in the air and on the ground. Even the sound of the landing gear is scale. I think I need to come over for a visit so I can help you fly some of those great planes in your collection. A very nice looking plane.
I must comment quick, quick!!! Beautiful plane and great flight captain Robert. It looks amazing with the weathering you added. We're gonna have to call you the weathering doctor
I love your channel guys 👍👍👍 I discovered it couple weeks before and because I am HK customer this channel is very useful for me 😉 I also like your funny chit-chatting. Thanks for good job and greetings from Czechia ✌️✌️
I have read every book in your vidow library and this is my favorite story Corsair. Thanks for all the time and effort you put into your magnificent library. Big salute !
Hello Captains, I just had to congratulate you both on excellent camera work and flying that gorgeous corsair. I have been watching you guys , all you videos since this April 2020. Keep up the good work , we love watching you on RUclips from Canada. Hey !!!
That was a pretty flight . The bombs looked awesome and realistic after the gear went up . The corsair is an epic warlord from 70 + years ago . In those days American women built many of the bombers and fighters and the American men flew them . Still the greatest generation in history .
Thanks my friend. Maybe its time for the second flight. And I also have Hangar 9 version, brand new with 20cc four stroke engine waiting for maiden for three years now. But first I have now prepared 1.7m Mustang also from FMS. Cant wait to do maiden.
Oh Yessssssssssssss.....love the low, slow and sexy flybys. What a sweet bird. Pilot Robert, you did an amazing job in flight with this wonderful Corsair. Captain Blaz did a great job filming this one! A super landing as well. Salute to you both my friends!
Thanks my friend. This plane is really amazing and Iam so happy that the maiden went well and the plane is still in one piece. Captain Blaž did great job again filming it. Big salute to you too from Slovenia.
It's like living and loving :- " Bah, Bah Black Sheep", all over again with Major Pape Boyington at the Stick. Beautiful aircraft and totally deadly. Well done boys.
Greetings to you Pilot Robert and Captain Blaz. After reading your encouraging words I did the maiden flight on my Corsair on saturday. It was perfect! Many thanks for your informative videos.
Robert...you guys are a trip. I love your videos. It's refreshing to have someone make these videos that don't B.S. people and actually says if there are problems with these planes. It's a great hobby and nice to hear the real deal on these planes. It's also great to hear you explain how to get around some of the design or assembly problems so you have a really good flying plane when your done. Keep up the great work and don't change a thing!
Thanks my friend for such kind words and for all support. I love it like it is and it will stay like this as long as we film this great hobby. Big salute to you from Slovenia.
Jet Tech Don and I salute you both for an outstanding wideo. What a beautiful bird. The paint job really makes it one of a kind and the flight was as good as it gets. Capt Blaz's zooming was his best ever. Thanks for sharing all these good wills across the world. Cheers gentlemen. Russ / Wichita to NC

I just received FMS' mini Corsair v2 800mm which is identical to yours but much smaller and with fewer electronics - I too customized it with an Irish inspired Tex O'Neill colour scheme and with those drop tanks and rockets and scale detailing it looks amazing! I am very excited to maiden it but it will have to be a secret mission because they are arresting us for leaving our houses here so wish me luck! If it flies anything like your giant one I am looking forward to it very much.
Great flight of a Beautiful plane, most of my r c planes have flaps fitted even if they don't supply them, I test the Flaps at height with landing speed, and put 30% flap and then 75% and see the results, If she balloons I dial in some down Elevator, I may try other settings to get the Flaps as I like them,,,OH YEAH.
Are You Ready Capt. Blãz !!!!!! The bike guy was ready to race someone, Maybe this beautiful airplane . Pilot Robert the white paint looks awesome!!! Should come like this with the white touches. Congratulations with the maiden 🤙🏻Very , very nice
Thanks my friend for stopping by and for such kind words. I think that the white paint really looks good on the plane. Big salute to you from Slovenia.
Each of your videos shows both humour and a passion for this hobby, but also a certain mastery during these flight tests. It is always a pleasure to watch your experiences. Hey..., keep going. Salute from France.
Great flying and great camera work. Really just discovered you two guys, your videos are very entertaining with a splash of humour that makes them compulsive viewing. No B. S. just down to earth enjoyment, keep the camera and the flying rolling, can't wait for the next series. Remember to stay safe, and stay alert in these Covid times, but most of all STAY ALIVE !!!! Love your stuff guys. Always puts a smile on my face. I have just bought this plane and no, Motion RC have not stocked it but i found someone that bought it and never got around to building it. I can't wait to start building now
You guys do a great job. You deliver the technical aspects that prospective owners want to know, not to mention the great flying. This aircraft in any form is known to be a handful but you flew it perfectly for us. Good job! Keep it up!
Fun facts about the 4FU Corsair. The Gull Wings were designed not only to give room for the propeller without extension of the landing gear like other fighters with the same engine that swung the same size propeller but to house the oil coolers and reduce drag by providing a asymmetric 90deg drag reducing attachment to the fuselage. Also the dive brakes were in fact the main landing gear and when deployed as the dive break the tail wheel did not extend. Even though not used as a carrier based aircraft by the USA during the Second World War the British did, all because they landed using a curved approach to the carrier. The British had 5 carriers in the Pacific and 3 of them had a full complement of 4FU’s. I have loved this brilliant Aircraft ever since I was a kid and watched the TV show “Black Sheep”. Nice work Robert and Blaz. Love your work. Nice flying Róbert and great filming Blaz.
This is one of the best video’s you ever made. Very good filming captain Blaz: watch the wheels retracting in flight, awesome!! The zooming: whow!!! Low, slow and sexy, the right words. This bird in this size is great. Look at the scale details, the wheel retracting and suspension, the lights, WoW! You give the airplane the compliments it deserves. And Roberts words in the end to our rc community are just great. if I were to give an Oscar for the best RC movies on earth you would get them🏆🥇
Thanks my friend for such kind words. I cant tell you with words how much I enjoy filming RC planes. And Captain Blaž also but he doesnt like to be infront of the camera too much. For me this is perfect way to relax after all the stress at work. And we rally want that more and more people starts with this beautiful hobby. Iam really sorry now that I didnt start sooner. But that doesnt mean that we acnt have time of our lives now. Oh yeah. Big salute to you from Slovenia and thanks for all support in the past and in the future. Cheers.
The F4U Corsair is one beautiful flying machine, that huge scale propeller really makes this model plus that clever rotating undercarriage, also I can tell you that this model is a real floater on the glide because we had the misfortune to have an ESC burn out on one flight and the Corsair safely glided in like a sailplane no doubt due to all that wing area and generous dihedral/anhedral of the gull wing,if she is pulling to the left then this is torque effect and possibly the Corsair would benefit from more right thrust on the motor but as long as you are aware of the swing on taker off and ease the throttle forward gently then you should be fine, after all the real machine swings too with that huge propeller,I think this is one model that we would like to see flown again Robert with a 5000 battery to see exactly what flight time is available with that pack,as to model availability these have been out a while now so the initial sales have been fulfilled, time for a new production run perhaps because people will want to buy this big Corsair after seeing your flight here.
You said that great my friend. And I cant wait to fly this baby again with 5000mAh baterrie to see the whole truth here. And I will land with full flaps. But I really love this baby. Love it.
Thanks Brian. Iam really happy that the bird survived and now I cant wait for the second flight. And the quarry is great but I dont think that I will risk landing there with this baby. Cheers my friend.
This was a fun video to watch. You flew perfectly for its maiden flight. Look forward to seeing more. Other vids show using a 8 s pack and it gave it more power. Also for this need to upgrade speed controller To 120
This plane swung the biggest prop in the inventory and I think you could say of all time. It measured 13 feet 4 inches. I have heard that this is why it had the gull wings (for clearance).
For those of you who haven't seen, fast forward to 10:54 to 11:00 minutes into the video. Capt Blaz's best cinematography. Then go back and watch the whole video. And be impressed! Really! Or as us Aussies say "Bloody ripper mate!". *salute from subscribers and viewers in Austalia*
on my Christmas list for Santa. I have been very good this year. I hope they still make this size for a while so I can budget for this . Great job, worth 20 salutes!!!
Thanks my friend for such kind words. If you will get one you will love it. To just hold this plane in the hands is perfect joy. Big salute back from Slovenia and thanks for all support.

Love it.
E4u?
Should be F4U.
Excellent! Beautiful plane, and still in ine peice! Well done Robert! You must fly it some more, maybe in the quarry.
Also for this need to upgrade speed controller
To 120
This plane swung the biggest prop in the inventory and I think you could say of all time.
You said that perfect my friend. Thanks for stopping by and big salute to you and all our friends from Australia. We love you all.
on my Christmas list for Santa.
