Good catch with that bad receiver and still managed to save the plane....."SALUTE"
I was really lucky this time.
My new year's resolution, ''Do more range checks!''
Great resolution 😁
Wow. I have been flying for 40 years and I have never seen a receiver do that. We learn every day. Thanks guys for posting. Stay well. Take care.
A couple of wild and crazy guys , and of course there brothers kick the tires and light the fire!
Thanks for the honesty. It was a very lucky maiden just the same. It will be a great flyer with a new receiver.
Oh and it was today 😊
Oh we always show it all 😁
My brothers were blessed with good luck in the new year. May it carry on for the remainder of 2025 for both of you and your families. Salute
It's great that you show everything like this, all part of the aeromodeling life! I'm glad you saved this sexi racer, really chunky and nice looking in the air, and now it lives to fly another day!
Maximum respect for this and a big salute from London. ✨🌟👍
Why to hide my friend. Things like this happen every day.
@PetrincicBrosRC Anyway you dealt with it very well. In fact it was a good lesson, to say that if you think there's something wrong with the plane, land as quickly as you can; and you DID save the bird! 👍
Good catch my friends, this flight just proves how attentive you are to the hobby. Keep it up fellas. Happy new year!!
I was really lucky this time.
Happy New Year brothers! 🎉❤😎 You were very fortunate for sure. Yes, range checks are most of the time and afterthought. We've ALL been there! Salute from the great state of Texas!
Hello Kaptan Robert and Kaptan Blosh best wishes for 2025 and thanks for this new year flying video!!!
Same to you my friend.
2 great guys happy new years 👍👍👏👏👏
I always say you never know what will happen on a maiden. There are so many different things that can go wrong. Good job getting it down and yes, you were lucky, Robert. Happy New Year brothers.
I really didnt expect this to happen.
Lucky save. Great channel guys.
Great way to start the New Year with some Good Luck!... Happy New Year!
No snow??? In Ontario Canada it snowed just the day before our New Years day fly in. So we stayed inside and ate chilli, pulled pork and did a lot of bench flying.
There is al little snow today.
I can't wait for the B1 maiden on the 1st of February 🫡🫡😁
Happy New years once again my brothers and you are very very lucky pilot Robert 🎉. Thankfully your plane is in one piece 😊. Always always range check ✔️
I have done maiden again yesterday and it was perfect.
A friend of mine did a range check of his new plane at home. Something was reversed in the throttle setup. When he lost the signal, the motor went to full power. Plane flew off the table, across the yard, and crashed into a fence. He had to do a repair before he ever got it to the flying field! Lesson learned. Now he ties the plane down before doing a range check. Happy New Year!
Oh that is why I always have Blaž to hold the plane.
Now this is the way to start the new year watching my favorite brothers and pilots 😊
Thanks for support.
That's one of the BEST looking R/C planes I've ever seen! ❤ 😂 🎉 😅
Glad it all worked out. Phew! Nice landing on the carpet too. It certainly is a Happy New Year! 😊, Mark
Big luck my friend.
That was one of the most learning lessons for us all regards pre check flights and you get 100% respect from me for your honesty well done ,I use them Spectrum receivers myself and I like them but I will do my pre flight checks more often now including a range check Thankyou 👍
We always show it all my friend.
I have good luck with Flysky. They are not expensive but are reliable.
Happy New Year!!!
Nice flying plane, the mallet was a nice touch, and a worthwhile idea. Thanks for the video guys!
Thanks for kind words Adam.
Best video yet. One thing I never do is a range test. Well after this I am a changed man. Thank you for a valuable lesson learned. Salute from Dean 🇨🇦
This really should be done every time.
I am glad that you were able to safely land the GB.I hope this year is a great year for my friends.
I always do a range check at the flying field on the first flight of the day on every airplane regardless of how many times I've flown it before.
Me too ! It is a MUST !!
It should be like that.
Lucky that didn't happen in the air guys 🙈🙏 someone above has your back !! 😂😂😂 the smashing of the receiver lol had me dieing !!!
I was really lucky this time.
Live Long and Prosper all Family as Well.
Tks for the Fun
From Alabama USA
Thanks for kind words my friend.
Love your English accent!!!! A huge Hug from argentina guys
Thank God you made it back without cracking up your ship! What a crazy deal! Looking forward to the re-maiden, and hey, maybe Blaz could try his luck! Praying for you both, your business and your families in 2025. Big salute from Charleston, MO. USA! Keep 'em coming!
Iam really happy that the bird is still in one piece.
Happy new year to you both and thank you for the most interesting videos on RUclips 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
A great lesson learned. Lucky this time!
Happy new year to the brothers in Slovenia. Now already starting the year with so much luck, this is gonna be a perfect year for you !!
Btw, maybe the receiver was working great again after you hammered it😂😂. Little joke of course
The motor cut...yikes. good job 👍 Never panic. You bring fun and great advice to all. Happy New Year brothers 🎉
The flying gods were in your hands great save Robert I must do more range test’s myself lol big salute 🫡 G🇬🇧
This time really 😁
Feliz año nuevo, hermanos Petrinic... Saludos desde Colombia.
Big salute back from Slovenia.
Excellent video 💪👍
If you ever hear your motor cut off then on most likely you had a hold which is a loss of signal. Everything remains in the position it was in before the hold except for throttle. Throttle goes to cut. Its always good to monitor your radio link. Frame losses are normal as long as you do not have too many for a given period of time. All holds are not good. Great video demonstrating what happens. Always do a range check. Another great video!
Its not bad video at the end.
Great piloting skills Robert, for bringing home a plane with a broken receiver. Happy New Year guys!
Happy New Year 🎉
Same to you my friend.
Lucky you got to land it in one peace my brother.
Happy New Year my brothers.
Iam so happy Andrew.
Hello my two friends what a wonderful wonderful channel every time I watch you I learnt something.🖤🙏
And we also. Its interesting. You think you know it all but infact far from that.
Happy New Years and Very Happy you made a safe landing
Same to you my friend.
Robert great maiden and decision to land on the wheels. Blaz fantastic video and coaching. Salute Jeff in LA USA
I was lucky Jeff.
Wow, I can't believe you guys managed to save that plane! I have an older model of this plane and love it. I suggest you open up the plastic between the bottom cylinders on the cowl to allow better air flow over the ESC. One more step, along with the range test, to insure a successful flight.
I have made a hole there for better cooling.
Happy 2025, and all the best with fewer crashes...😅😅😅😅 greeting from Australia 🇦🇺
if anything, good lesson learned for all of us... Thanks for the video...
I was glad to see you 'fix' that bad receiver. Now it will never give you any problem. Best of luck in '25 !
I had to do it otherwise I would stuck it back in again someday.
Great save. The only time I'll use an antenna-less receiver is in a combat plane.
Perfect luck.
HAPPY NEW YEAR to the word's greatest RC-pilots!!
Happy new year my friend.
Happy New Year my friends, from Kingman Arizona.
Same to you from Slovenia.
Happy New Year Fred & Barney! Nice first flight, glad you saved it on the landing. Throw that receiver away and get a new one. 🛩👍
Happy new year my friend.
That plane almost looks too pretty to risk flying! 😂😅😂😅
Happy New Year
Thank you for the entertainment...
Same to you my friend and thanks for support.
I’m going to say it “Spektrum this and Spektrum that” on Dynam I am not sure what they needed to improve on this bird, I have the V1 and it was pretty standard Dynam but since it didn’t have retracts it was one of the only Dynams I’ve owned that didn’t break. The motor and ESC was fine the servos were fine.
The gods were with you Captain Robert so glad you got it on the ground in one piece I had a GB but I had a great planes with a gas engine on it it was the r2 too hard to fly I can't wait to see it back on the runway I love that airplane happy new to you and Captain Blaz and family
This time really.
Happy new year guys great save love, your videos. It's still pretty good weather here in Colorado........
Same to you my friend. We have rain and snow here today.
If it wasn't for bad luck. I wouldn't have no luck at all. Glad you landed it safely. Now get a better spectrum reciever and do a redemption flight. Hey. HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS. check out my first flight of the year with the air tractor I got for Christmas. 😊
That’s hilarious, if it wasn’t for some bad luck I would have no luck at all !
You said it perfect my friend.
I have had most of my crashes due to bad reciever...other reasons, lost orientation, bad servo, battery shifted, wrong cog, linkage broke or came loose..to windy...also a dozen other reasons...😊..over the years my repair skills have become top notch..
A lot of stuff can happen.
I love the geebee rc Planes . Not sure why.
So tempted by that big dynam
I have done the second flight yesterday and it was awesome. You will love it.
I would have to give you a solid 10 on luck, I was definitely having my doubts that it was going to make it back to the ground in one piece even before you took off simply based on the airplane itself, that's not an easy plane to fly, but with the receiver going out as soon as you took off, definitely a 10 on luck
This was really 10 for luck 😁
Thanks from the USA across the pond
Thanks for support my friend.
Wow...close call. It goes to show...it's always something. Thanks
It really is always something 😁
Well saved! I had same problem with one of those! My planes did not survive though
I was lucky.
Happy New Year! Glad you managed to save the plane.
Iam so happy that is has survived.
Happy new year Robert and Blaz, good to see you again. I have had a Dynam Geebee for a few years now, always flew quite well with 3s.2200 ,fully aerobatic. In my experience C.G.not critical, about 30% chord works well. I am surprised at the poor performance of the receiver, at least it gave you a good chance to recover I use a Spektrum D.X.6 with an OrangeR720X,flawless performance! Good luck next time, best wishes for the future👍
I love this bird. Did proper maiden yesterday and it was awesome.
Happy new year to both of you, your families and to all the nice folk that follow this channel. Honestly the luck you had seems like a good omen for 2025, we will see :)
Maybe I will have great luck in all 2025 😁
A good piece of luck to start 2025 , a fellow club member would as always take out the rx from a crashed model and stamp on it.
Yes this is a must
Yes. There may or may not be anything wrong. On the occasion it happens to me, the receiver gets installed and flown for about a month in a cheap foamy before going back into an expensive model.
Perfection.
Exciting start of the new flying season 2025 and a lesson learnt without the hard way! Thatvwas some luck after seeing how weak of a signal you had when range checking...
I have hesitated to get a Dynam plane yet bjt maybe its time to get one!
The best way 😁 This baby is really great. Wait to see proper maiden. It was perfect.
happy new year brothers ,here in england the weather is bad so im still waiting to fly in 2025
Happy New Year, we all do it, but there is no way you can tell if the first crash was not caused by that RX..I have lost a few aircraft because of a faulty RX, and yes it was my fault as I also do not do Range checks as often as I should... I love my Spektrum kit also......
Happy new year my friend. I really love my Spektrum radios and this was my mistake.
Happy new year and many happy landings, guys!
The sad news is, that you already have used up your luck already at the begining of the year 😮
I wonder, why you already had the "Bad Receiver Blaster" with you, even before the flight !
Did you have a feeling, you might have to use it? 🤣
Or maybe I will have the luck all year arround 😁
Look at Dis. OH YEAHHHHHHH. 👍. What a great save 🤑. That was close 🤣. This Old Man from Washington NC do love me some Brothers and Alina ✈️🧔💝💝💝
I was so lucky John.
@@PetrincicBrosRC Yes you were👍. I learned many years ago never use a receiver that's been in a crash. ✈️🧔💝💝💝
A few more minutes and you did just that. Hahahaha perfect
Happy New Year Fellows from Perth Western Australia :)
Same to you my friend.
Nice plane got the hammer for the moles 😂😂😂
I will have to do something about the moles again.
@@PetrincicBrosRC have you tried any of the flight line spitfires before I'm thinking of buying one 1400mm
Live to fly another day, phew ! Happy new year boys the gods are smiling down.
I was lucky.
I love you guys !! Greetings from Texas !! And I just subscribed !!
I've been into the hobby for 20 years. It's always great to see the newest stuff ! Just curious though, you guys are at a flying club ??
It would be a great idea, if the club could (or would), put down a PROPER landing strip !!
We have a nice one, and it's AWESOME !!
Just a suggestion ...
Happy New Year and happy flying !!!
Thanks for support my friend. Iam leasing this place and usualy its just me and Blaž flying here.
Very cool ! Great place to lease !
Happy New year to you both...may we see many new planes and some old ones flying this year.. hopefully more balsa and glow/gas engines...most of all keep up the good humour and bring some good cheer to the world...👍👍
We will film them all 😁
Many of us blow off the range check...or...reuse a receiver. Great forensics!
We forget many times.
Gott nytt flygår grabbar. 🎉😊😊😊❤
Same to you my friend.
The 2025 started great. 🤣
I was in shocked.
Nice catch. 🤌🏻
Happy New Year.
Not bad my friend.
I am really in doubt the receiver is damaged. It is actually a so called sport receiver only for short distances. Mostly if the receiver is surrounded by cable the receiver cannot send or receive anymore. I have tons of Spektrum receivers and never I had an issue.
One of the best videos, Robert!!!
Thanks Vernon.
HAPPY NEW YEAR from 🇱🇷
Happy new year my friend.
Ouch, these GEE BEE's are always some mess. This time, not a plane error, but an electronic failure. Anyway, very nice save. And of course HAPPY NEW YEAR🎉🎉🎉
This was my mistake.
Happy New Year from West Virginia
Happy new year my friend.
Happy new year guys 🎉
Same to you my friend.
Salute to Pilot Robert for the safe landing!
Thanks and big salute back.
Good lesson for you and the rest of the flying family do ur checks is the lesson I suppose like u said change and go again good not quite air crash investigation lol and Happy New Year to you and Blaz
Perfect video.
happy new year my dear friends and great flying in 2025 🛩
Thanks my friend.
Lucky you saved the plane
But really.
Happy New Year gentlemen.!
Happy new year my friend.
If a receiver is involved in a crash, you never know. Test it test it and test it again. Glad you saved the plane!
If it was ion the crash better just throw it away.
The last dynam plane I I got, I had to change the esc before it flew!
The lucky number 7 is on the plane, that's why you brought it down safely:)
Maybe really my friend. And today I did perfect maiden flight with new 4ch antenna less reciever.
@@PetrincicBrosRC Good job!
@@m08uh6 Thanks.
Sometimes we do have Lady Luck on our side pilot Robert and I had two minion in my Viper jet once lol
This time a had one.
Maybe AILERONS! needs to be replaced with "RANGE CHECK!!"😂
Bullet dodged!!! Close one! Surprised you managed to fly at all. I did have one antenna-less receiver that crapped on me once.
This was close 😁
