You should add enough to the brake booster first to put it at a “normal” level, and then hook up The bleeder. The power bleeder will maintain current levels, so you don’t want to start bleeding at low

those super tiny micro air bubbles are from the bleeder screw being open, totally normal
How do I know when to stop bleeding from each caliper connection ?
You can either measure out 300ml per corner or just estimate based on how full or empty your vaccuum pump is
What is the problem with low viscosity?
I dono, but it’s not the original brake fluid so I wanted to note the OE specification
