I restored my 89 f250 doing almost all the same things your doing. However I had a paint shop do my paint. Just want to say excellent job and what a amazing accomplishment so far.
What you should do to align the wheels is find some tread on the back of the tires and go to the front (supposing you have the same tires front and back)with a measuring tape find some tread on the back and go to the front and do it to the same tread and it will be accurate but that will get you to the professional
I thought 1990 was when they switched to the "bricknose" but it appears ford was not very cohesive with their production cut-off dates. We have seen a few trucks that had newer or older generation motors and things like that. Under the hood they should be pretty similar though. Is yours efi or carb, and which engine?

Wondering what spray gun you’re using?
Hey! I was wondering if you remember the paint code for the blue? Thanks!
Where did y’all buy your paint from
Hey I have the same truck and it’s pretty much in the same condition and I was wondering how much money you guys put in to it before the paint job
A few thousand in parts and service stuff like oil. Tires and rims and the engine overhaul were a big part of it.
The Bad Timing Club thank you
Nice work. What's that squeak noise from the engine?
Thanks. That's the power steering pump. We ended up replacing it later on.

What do your neighbors think of your projects?
Um... they have been tolerant so far
That generation ford truck is really junk.
In what way? I thought it's a decent truck. Cool and old but not as expensive as the 70's.
