Running older version of McAfee on win 8.1 This key must be some sort of switch that nullifies virus scan command given to McAfee, but there are compatibility issues which cripple the process. Just a wild guess. Likely BS but IDK. At any rate, thanks. This has been one of the most valuable youtube how to posts I have ever encountered.
