One of my favorite actors of all time. Love MK Great interview and for the record HE IS BATMAN!
Michael Keaton will always be the original and the standard for batman.
“Excuse me, have you ever dance with the devil in the pale-moon light?” ✊🏽🦇
Actually Lewis Wilson was the first actor to portray Batman, followed by Robert Lowery and then Adam West, who did portray Batman in a movie, which was just an extended version of the TV show. But I get what you mean, the modern era, yes he was. I personally can not reconcile great acting with superhero movies though. SUre, Keaton was good, but great? To each their own...
this....
Great Batman. Lousy Bruce Wayne
@@cts1979 he was a different version
Danced******
Mr. Mom is just brilliant! Great interview
My mind was wandering until I heard him mention Cal Worthington. My family would visit my grandparents in So. Cal in the 70's and I remember Cal Worthington's commercials. He put lyrics to if you're happy and you know it clap your hands. Michael was great as Dogberry in Much Ado About Nothing.
Pittsburgh loves Michael Keaton, one of the best actors.
Keaton is absolutely correct, Teri Garr was a fantastic actress and I was so in love with her, still am.
.
Still LOVE trying to spot her as one of the background dancers in a number of different Elvis movies..........Viva Las Vegas probably being the "biggest" of all of them !!
.
Mr Mom was very lightly funny.
.44? .45? whatever it takes...

Actually the line was referring to the electrical system he was supposedly installing. Mull says, "oh, putting in 220?" and Keaton says, "yeah, 220, 221, whatever it takes. Best line of the movie.
@@MusicGunn The voltage line mentioned in the interview also was the setup for Teri's dialogue later in the movie referencing the firearm caliber. Keaton was dreaming of Garr shooting him, and he had to maneuver to fit in the chalk outline while Mull and Garr discuss the ".44/.45, whatever it takes."
"The Founder" hd was awesome that one. Man is a legend.
I Love Michael Keaton Even Though He’s a Pittsburgh Sports Fan And Michael is So Funny Big Time And My Favorite Movie of Michael Keaton’s Work is Batman From 1989 2 Years Before I Was Born!
I have always admired Michael Keaton's work.
I did not know he is a Go Steelers fan. I like him even more!
He’s a Pittsburgh native…. Lol
I had realized at some point that he was actually a good actor when I saw him in Jackie Brown, not just a comedian, but when I saw Spotlight, I knew he was a Great actor. Such an important movie, such a necessary story that had to be told. Look up Tim Michin's The Pope Song.
Took you awhile, didn't it??
Way too long, in fact...

And yet I immediately got you pegged as a snarky SOB.
Fern wood tonight reference! I thought I was the only person who knows about that show! Nice one RE.
Michael Keaton vs Mark Hamill as joker for the old but brutal new Gotham movie....could be amaaaaazing...let Quinten Tarantino do it, he needs a fun new project that is different, old Batman Vs Old Joker sounds amazing. Also Rich Eisen's "plan" for the Steelers would work if they had the Browns O-Line :P
Great interview
I also like Michael Keaton in Gung Ho, and the fact he is involved in starting up a business in the Pittsburgh region. "Keaton has invested in a former steel mill that's been turned into an innovation center as well as a company that is looking to make an eco-friendly alternative to concrete."
Can't wait to see him in the new Flash movie as Batman once more
Had the good fortune to meet Mr. Keaton when I was working at Ron’s Pizza Palace dahn in Southside , got to shake BATMANS hand 🤝
What was Mr Keaton like ?
Can we please reintegrate Michael Keaton into the new DC cinematic universe
He is literally in The Flash..
Is he? I had no idea
Yup.
Coolest dude EVER!
love him as batman
Ant Man meets Batman, how awesome is that?!
I sent him a pittsburgh pirates sign
The " Batman "
