Great and unique video! 1) this routine is intense! You should do it for a month to see the difference! 2) you were too good with that first hit! Hitting clean and great movement 3) who hates honey??? 4) lol that ice bath! Keep doing these vids lol I'd love to see what other pros daily routines are
The ice bath was intense for you because you weren't breathing properly. You have to do big, slow, deep breaths and you have to do like 2 minutes of these breaths before even getting into the ice to charge yourself up. Look into the Wim Hoff method. Game changer.
@@MikeKomen seriously check out wim Hoff. Djokovic has been doing his method for over 4 years now and it's one of the main reasons why he's become so mentally strong as well as injury free. Combined with a fully plant based diet and he's now basically a machine. Lol.
Novak is on that diet because of his allergies. He identified food that his body doesn't have allergic reaction to and those that his body can tolerate well and also that are healthy for him. I am not any expert but I have food allergies and intolerance of lactose. This means that I have allergic reaction to many vegetables and fruit. So his diet would not be suitable for someone like me. If you don't have any food allergies perhaps you can try his diet but it doesn't mean it is optimal for you. It appears that everybody has to identify the food that is best for his/her body. Great video.
Can you record random practices like the one at 12:00?? The angle and song were perfect, great for warming up at home without extra noise or when the mind is too full... Great video!!
For sure! I’ve been very busy lately with my regular job but I’ll be making some new videos this summer I’ll add some practices in there! Thanks for watching!
great vid! i like seeing what really successful people's daily lives are like. there's 2 interesting things i've seen novak speak about that you could have done though! that's the celery juice 1st thing on empty stomach, and also the wim hof breathing. still really good though, will watch your federer one next :)
Thanks Mike! I think Nole added the Wim hof more recently as it wasn’t something I found researching at the time. Still have to make one for Nadal then maybe a revisit for Nole with updated
To sum up. Lots of fructose in the morning with fruits. (Before was honey, fruits. Now green leafs with fruits). - lunch. is mainly carbs. Good whole grains without gluten. - dinner. Vegetal protein and fats from legums. When hungry fruits and nuts. And he probably has 2-3 of those smoothies through the day. - green smoothy with spinach kale lemon, kiwi apples... - red smoothy with beetroot and pineeaple or berries - orange smoothy with carrots and oranges Maybe ginger in every smoothie.. who knows.. you can play with ingredients.
It would be great if this video incorpora tecnología Novak's latest diet and program. After the water and lemon he has pure celery juice After a while he has a superfood smoothie and any fruit during tbe norning

@komenTennis i am looking out for a racket (ok to spend upto $200) and a string type for it any recommendations (might play atleast 3 times a week so need durable as well as easy on my hands). i am 3.0-3.5 rating player
Thank you for the support. I’d recommend you try the wilson clash. It’s user friendly and arm friendly. As for string, I’d recommend luxilon Alu power. You’ll get great play and durability out of it.
😂 thankfully I’ve since put on an extra 20lbs with less coaching, but I’m still in for more steak haha. As for the court, it’s a tile court. If you look them up they’re called “outdoor sport tiles”. These feel like a hard court in terms of movement but the ball has a similar speed and bounce to a clay court.
Will do Ryan! I’ve got a video up where I did a day in the life of Federer, it’s my second most recent. Next up will be Nadal to round out the big three! Thanks for watching
I went plant based for two months this year and I felt great. Lots of energy. I lost a lot of weight though as it’s hard to maintain calories for growth or maintenance on that kind of diet. However, I didn’t carb load the lunch which would make a difference. The way he plans the sugars, complex carbs, and protein throughout the day is perfect for that level of training. Thanks for watching!
I've got some links in the description for his book which outlines a lot of what I covered in the video, there are also links for some of his training. As for the exact workout I did, I think I followed a full body kettlebell workout video and followed a Yoga with Adriene video. Hope that helps Huseyin!
Did my best to show an approximation of what he does. Of course if I did everything exactly like Nole I’d be in the ATP 😂 thanks for watching and commenting!
Thanks for the comment Adam. This video was more for entertainment rather than switching my daily routine. Just to see what it would be like and I gotta say the Nole routine is no walk in the park 😅
The book is pretty old it's from 2013, he did major diet changes in 2015 till now. He doesn't eat any gluten and dairy since 2011 and he doesn't eat any meat since 2015. He is plant based but it's not clear if he still eat some fish one time every two months. Anyway it doesn't really matter his regular diet is plant based.
