    Great and unique video!
    1) this routine is intense! You should do it for a month to see the difference!
    2) you were too good with that first hit! Hitting clean and great movement
    3) who hates honey???
    4) lol that ice bath!
Keep doing these vids lol I'd love to see what other pros daily routines are

The ice bath was intense for you because you weren't breathing properly. You have to do big, slow, deep breaths and you have to do like 2 minutes of these breaths before even getting into the ice to charge yourself up. Look into the Wim Hoff method. Game changer.

    • @MikeKomen
      @MikeKomen  3 года назад +2

Thanks for the tip! I found when I was in the ice bath and wrestled my breathing under control it wasn’t bad.

@@MikeKomen seriously check out wim Hoff. Djokovic has been doing his method for over 4 years now and it's one of the main reasons why he's become so mentally strong as well as injury free. Combined with a fully plant based diet and he's now basically a machine. Lol.

Novak is on that diet because of his allergies. He identified food that his body doesn't have allergic reaction to and those that his body can tolerate well and also that are healthy for him. I am not any expert but I have food allergies and intolerance of lactose. This means that I have allergic reaction to many vegetables and fruit. So his diet would not be suitable for someone like me. If you don't have any food allergies perhaps you can try his diet but it doesn't mean it is optimal for you. It appears that everybody has to identify the food that is best for his/her body. Great video.

    To sum up.
Lots of fructose in the morning with fruits. (Before was honey, fruits. Now green leafs with fruits).
    - lunch. is mainly carbs. Good whole grains without gluten.
    - dinner. Vegetal protein and fats from legums.
When hungry fruits and nuts. And he probably has 2-3 of those smoothies through the day.
    - green smoothy with spinach kale lemon, kiwi apples...
    - red smoothy with beetroot and pineeaple or berries
    - orange smoothy with carrots and oranges
Maybe ginger in every smoothie.. who knows.. you can play with ingredients.

He is plant based but it's not clear if he still eat some fish one time every two months. Anyway it doesn't really matter his regular diet is plant based. I don't think there is any ethical issu with eggs if you have your own chicken but he doesn't seem to consume any eggs, maybe because it's rich in cholesterol, i don't know.
