If Storm being able to control the weather/climate on any planet, Iceman can control the water and moisture in any organism/planet, and that makes them both beyond Omega level, Magneto being able to lobotomize organisms from galaxies away or crush planets by controlling their magnetic fields absolutely makes him beyond Omega.
When you talked about Iceman, you forgot about some other abilities: water manipulation at a molecular level, that he can transmutate himself into organic water and change physical states, that he can share his consciousness with any water molecules, that his ice constructs are so powerful it once pierced Thor, that he can “teleport”… His powers are beyond just making and becoming ice.
He make ice clones that can act as a shadow clone, he can make an ice susanoo, freeze a planet core and end life on planets easily. There are many more skills that ice man is capable of.
I don't agree with everything on this list...but I def think it's the best one I've seen so far. I'm always confused about the placement of Storm, Ice man, Nate Grey, and Gabriel Summers. Storm and Nate is usually too low. Nate surpasses both Jean and Professor X. He's extremely powerful...Storm and iceman are more than there namesake. Storm has energy manipulation and Ice man froze hell. he can control molecules. He froze mars...With that said they can control and effect the planet on a massive scale. Why did you put split personalities for legion? That’s not his power. It’s the ability to give himself powers (power manifestation) but since he has DID and he’s so powerful whenever he gives himself a power he makes a personality for that power. Unless he absorbs them when they die, because then he’s just absorbing someone
