    What about passive-aggressive stretching?

      In box splits ask people who walk past ‘how’s your stretching going?’This will increase your testosterone levels and reduce those of your opponents

    What about people with sciatica?

      My physical therapist recommended "nerve stretching" and "nerve sliding" exercises to me. With just these two exercises i managed to touch the floor with all fingers while standing without bending the knees. When i started my fingertips were about 20cm from the ground. It took me about two months.
