You also drove about half as much as the average person. 30k miles in 5 years. I assume your cost would have doubled with additional services and maintenance.
Mike whats good! Waiting for new panamera vids! I got my 2011 as well! And just trying to learn some DIYs i am interested in change oil or PDK service! Or coolant flush!! Thanks! Ciao
Thank you for sharing your experience. I want to buy one. My concern is the air suspension system. Other videos on that says its very expensive to fix when it breaks. How is your air suspension? Thanks again
lucky you :) one full service at porsche here in Germany cost 3500 € :) ... my engine, pdk and tons of other small stuff broke in my second year of owning a panamera, luckily I was able to repair it outside dealership and have survived it financally to be able to enjoy the car another day :) at the dealershi the morot bloc + pistons alone were at 10 k€ :)
So it was bought as a 7-8 year old car, with less than 20k miles? I think the costs are reasonable for a Porsche, however given the total miles i would hope not a lot has gone wrong. Great vid btw.
Hey Mike do you have an advice with a low compression issue in one of the cylinder. I was thinking about doing some walnut blasting or just getting some carbon cleaner for the valves cause I feel like it's probably alot of buildup on my 2011 Panamera Base. It has close to 200k on it also.
I have a Panamera 4s 2010, It breaks every second month I pay to my mechanic $2k-$5K. Don't want to go Porsche Dealerships center prices way higher. Do you recommend any Extended Warranty?Thank you
It sounds like it would be cheaper to go to a Porsche dealership with professional inspection and knowledge, and repair with OEM parts that don't break. The warranty business is to make money overall. You won't save any money by buying a warranty, which is just pre-paying for repairs.
Hey mike may I ask whats the mileage of this car when you bought it? And if I buy everything online like you, but paying someone else to do it for me, how much money do you think I would spend every time? Thank you!!(sry you probably have said that in your old videos I just don’t have time to watch all your videos.
19,900 miles when I picked it up. You can save some money buying the parts online however the labor is going to cost a bit no matter where you take it. Probably about a 20% savings getting parts online. Thanks for Watching!
My 2012 Panamera Turbo 120k mile service was $3400 from my routine Porsche Service shop, $3800 from my non-routine Porsche Service, $5600 from indy shop 1, and $7200 from indy shop 2. Brake fluid flush & fill Spark plugs Oil service Transmission flush & fill Air filters Fuel system refresh The indy shops did not include: Rubber & plastics refresh/rehydration Body channel cleaning Full service detail Loaner car
Love the videos. Please find a way to make a video on the PDK change. There isn’t one available online anywhere I’m sure it would be a hit. Great work
Been waiting for this vid..👏🏽
I’m fascinated. I only wish I could bring my 2014 panamera gts to you for this type of labor instead of local shops
Almost time for another update

@kevink6265 That's correct! It was almost 8 years old with 19,900 miles when I bought it. Thanks for Watching!
How to learn to do all the work on Panamera? I only know how to change the tiers on my Honda
Sir, can you please do a video of how you've got to buy that Porsche ?
I want one 🤙🏼

It could be possible that you have a lot of carbon build up on the valves causing them to not seat fully.
Well done

Anyone have the total costs? Or was it all self maintained
Where do you generally source your parts from? In particular, the scan tool you use/recommend.
Scan tool came from Ebay and I typically gets parts from FCP euro or Autohausaz.com
What’s your mileage?
Currently 51,990 miles.
Actually it's very cheap!
