I know this is one of the hardest parts of the Cancer journey for you and I see the struggles you have to deal with every single day but I am so dam proud of you for handling this the way you have. Tommy and I are beyond lucky to have you as you are the strongest human being we know and we love you! Keep fighting and inspiring others to do the same, you are making a huge difference in the world.

My incredibly supportive and loving husband... You have truly been with me through the hardest times and you've always been right by my side lifting me up. I am so beyond grateful for you, and of course our sweet boy Thomas. Thank you for this extremely heartwarming (and heart wrenching) comment... the tears are flowing

I have been on Tamoxifen for nearly a year and I am still struggling to sleep through the night as well. Also, I am having trouble with a little bit of weight gain even though I walk nearly everyday and weight train, etc. about 4-5 times a week. Last week I noticed my wedding ring didn’t fit anymore. 😢Seemed like it happened overnight. I am giving myself grace knowing I am doing what I can on my end. I hope you can do the same. Thank you for sharing your journey!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience🙏and your positive, fighting spirit🌷. The last time I was on Tamoxifen I lost the ability to wear my wedding ring too, it was so frustrating. I'm sorry you are experiencing that as well. Thank you for the encouragement, I appreciate it🥰... the idea of giving myself more grace feels like a weight lifting🦋

This exact same thing happened to me. My fingers swole up like sausages. I’ve been on tamoxifen for 2 months. I also notice pain in my hands which is new.

@@snowcat4895 I’m so sorry you are also experiencing this. I thought it was strange mine didn’t happen until I’d been on it for nearly a year. I’m going with it and wearing my silicone wedding band exclusively.

I’m really struggling with Tamoxifen and it’s only been a month, emotionally I’m a wreck, I don’t sleep well and have no motivation. The emotional side is worse than the physical ones for me. I haven’t tried anything else but Tamoxifen because I completed my last surgery 💕 I eat well, I’m 5’5 and 125 pounds I drink a ton of water and I’m just not happy 🤷‍♀️

I so hear you😔, I'm in thr same boat that the mental side effects are harder on me than the physial ones. I really truly hope that as time passes you begin to feel better and "level out" on Tamoxifen. Sending so many hopeful and positive vibes to you🌷💕🙏

    Hello.❤
I am on Tamoxifen nearly 4 years now. I gave a lot of side effects and I am thankfull to see your channel. There will be times that it gets even worth. But also times everything is nearly normal. After 2 years on tamoxifen I sometimes felt like a very old woman. My exercises are not the same as at the beginning, but I keep going. I gained untill now 6 kg in total and hope there will nothing else come on top of this. I have nearly no muscles anymore 😉 but I keep on trying. I have another 443 pills to take.
Your videos are a real big motivation for me. Thank you so much.
Greetings from the otherside of the atlantic ocean, Anja

Hi Anja💕! Thank you so much for sharing your experience🙏. I've wondered how things would look/feel as years pass on Tamoxifen. I'm so happy to hear that at times you feel ok and I love that you have decided to keep exercising and working for muscles (I feel like that will be me as well!). One day closer to finishing today! Thank you for saying hello, I really appreciate it❤. Have the most wonderful day☺💫!!!

I'm so happy you enjoyed it🌷. I would ask your oncologist if they have a time they'd recommend. I take mine in the morning because that's when I know I'll remember🙈.
