I do hope other homelands will be expanded on like Ralios or Pent both lore and cultural skills for player characters.

How would most people of Glorantha react to murderhobos as they existed in most badly run campaigns?

Well there are some mechanics to help prevent that. Like npc's who have a price for their ransoms.
