I like this script. I would've had civil war play out with Cap recruting Peter and then siding with tony as cap and spidey have a small rivalry. I would've had TASM3 with MJ as a love interest as Gwen died, with Scorpion as the main antagonist and Black cat as a side villain later a side hero. then Andrew's spidey teams up woth tony in IW but does not get snapped then makes amends with Cap and helps him and Tony to defeat thanos.

I think it's also importantultra. consider the fact that Andrew would know that going againts Tony he's is putting both his identity and family at risk( it's the primary reason he initially joined him in the comics). He would probably sit out of the movies version of events unless he knew about Tony creating ultron.

This happens in the comic version for civil war
Andrew is a much more mature Peter (unlike Tom) he wouldn’t fight with Tony when actually looking at what both sides have to say
This was kinda explained in the civil war comic’s
Also
Tony is very fucking petty and he more then likely would want Peter arrested (that’s if he doesn’t already know that he’s Spider-Man)
Im betting there probably would be a no way home type movie with Andrew as the main character getting hunted down every minute and not being able to really live life as normally as he use to
