If powers were allowed, Dr strange stomps. He can literally do the same thing as giorno or subaru from Re zero. Whenever he dies he can reset time to the point when he activated the ability so i thats why i see nobody beating strange. But with powers off then yeah, strange is the weaker one

He can literally create a mirror dimension and leave them there because they wouldnt be able to escape without the ring that I forgot its name but that doesnt matter. Dr strange is heavily downplayed many times imo
