My niece is white and has really curly hair and has it straighten too. Sometimes she lets it be curly, depends on how she feels. I've changed my hair color dozens of times over my lifetime. Student loan I had in the Netherlands was a debt to the state. Paying back started 2 years after graduation and was means tested. After 15 years of paying back anything remained was forgiven.
That is a system where people are not stopped from studying on an economic basis.
We can’t afford in this world to ignore smart people who may not have the money to study. Who knows what some people can give the world? Do we really want to miss out just because someone doesn’t have the money?
