Even if you disagree with something to the point that you hate it, completely ignoring it will only close your mind. I am here to see this scenario play out differently because I understand everyone in the world does not think like me. They don’t do things exactly like me nor do they prefer things that I prefer. But, this doesn’t mean I will label them and judge them for it. My best course of action is to let them know my preferred way if they are generous enough to hear me. Which is giving these poor people some money. They recognize the kindness you have done them and thank you, which resolves the matter peacefully. At this point in the story John is not a ruthless killer. He is trying his best to be a man worthy of a peaceful home for his family. Starting a home by spilling blood on the land doesn’t fit with that intention. That’s it, just to see what happens if you choose the violence and to let people know what happens if you choose kindness instead.

Lightly hold r2 or rt depending on the console and then the prompt will pop up in the bottom right corner
