- Kendini Perşembe (VONA) adlı bir bölgede bulan Kepa Acero'yu dalga ve macera arayışında takip ediyoruz. Dalgaları ve bölgenin sunduklarını keşfetmek için köklerine geri dönen, yerli Deniz Toprak ile buluşuyor.
Yol boyunca Vona’nın güzel manzarasında dolaşırken Türk misafirperverliği, insan yaşam tarzının ve sörf keşfinin çalkantılı romantizminin derinliklerine dalarken onlara rehberlik edecek insanlarla tanışacaklar.
12 farklı ülkede festivalde gösterilen ve 3 ülkede en iyi kısa film seçilen Vona yayında!
Tamamen yerel müzikleri bir araya getirdiğimiz filmin ses tasarımı kısmında, harikalar yaratan Melodika ekibine çok teşekkürler!

Thanks so much for this, as someone who has surfed all my life (now 60). It's so refreshing to see the stoke alive and well. Stick with the spirit of community, culture and respect (and always have fun) when building your surf community. Don't let it turn horribly commercial. Turkey has such a rich culture and history, this is just a new evolution, fantastic! With love from Western Australia.
Amazing so true. Thats why we also invited Kepa Acero. A true legend comes from the surf culture democratizing period in Basque. He has a beautiful interview about this topic we are hoping to post it soon.

I'm from Crimea. Happy to see that the oter side of Black sea have true local surfers to! Some years ago i has car trip from Crimea to Alania and when i saw coast line after Georgia border, my eyes directed only right side - each beach, bay)) and in my mind I saw picture how it's looking with waves. Next time, I know who's gonna go to

Hayatımda izlediğim en hakiki kısa filmlerden birisi. Geçişler,sesler, insanlar muhteşem görünüyor. Vona o kadar uzak görünürken bana meğer yanıbaşımızda bir yermiş tıpkı biraz herkes gibi. Dalgaların soğukluğunu ve canlılığını buradan hissettim. Harikaydı. Emeği geçen herkese çok tebrikler💙🫠

Tüm herşeyi bırakıp Şile'den Ordu'ya yerleşmeye çalışan beyaz yakalı bir Ordu'lu olarak bu hareketinizi heyecanla izliyorum. Surf ile hiç bir ilgim yok ama ben de bile bir denesem nasıl olur acaba duygusunu uyandırdınız. Bölgeye ilk gelişimde mutlaka görüşmek, tanışmak aranıza katılmak istedim. I also lived in Turkey for one year on the south coast and kitesurfed there. I love this country with all my heart and hope that I will come here many more times.

We were just in Türkiye a couple of weeks ago. Swam in the Mediterranean Sea, never got up North to the Black Sea. Would love to see those waves in person.

Since last year I've been obsessing over surf setups on Turkey's north coast by looking at google earth. This year it seems like interest is picking up! I hope to go one day! It looks amazing - a bit like the north coast of Spain.

Sörfle Mellow sayesinde Kilyos'ta tanıştım. O gün bu gündür sörf aklımdan çıkmıyor. 😊 Uzun zamandır bir şey yaparken hiç bu kadar anda olmamıştım, keyif almamıştım.
Denizle denizde yapabileceğim bir şeyler ararken yelken, kürek yapan arkadaşlarım bunları önerdi ama ben hep denize temas edebileceğim bir şey arıyordum.

Almanya dogumlu, aslen Rizeli bir gurbetciyim ve Rize´ye her gelisimizde kendi kendime hep soruyordum "Böylesine hircin ve dalgali olan bir denizde neden hic sörf yapilmiyor?" diye. Demek ki uykumuzdan uyanip Ordulu bir beyazyakali sörfü sonunda Karadeniz´imize getirdi. Bali´de deneyimledigim sörf macerasini Karadeniz´de de deneyimleyebilmem dileyigle :)
