Again demonstrating that even Tier V bamboo-and-rice-paper cruisers can have game impact with the right combination of caution and aggression. I got the Marblehead for some forgotten act of (no doubt) substantial valor and/or heroism. But it is essentially a “B” hull Omaha, and Murmansk has more main battery range, 8 km torpedoes and a scout plane.
Wow !! My very 1st. Premium Ship , played by the very 1st. WoWS RUclipsr I ever did seed ! Kinda cool ! ... Well not really , but good enough for me anyway! Thanks Flambarino ! ... Now if only I could get a game like that outta her !
Love playing my Marblehead .. yes it can explode easy but it can also inflict a fair degree of damage with guns pointing virtually every direction. Best score has been 4 ships and 108k damage
Flambass you should try BatlleBit...it is insane and hilarious at the same time..if you try it we need couple of videos with you..BTW..many of youtubers that play EFT..or Tarkov..are playing BatlleBit..and they love it..
Not at all. In the old days the Omaha was well known for his circle of death, as you can fire a constant barrage onto the enemy. These days nearly no one uses this technics anymore. But with this you have a slightly higher DPM and when you're not only driving in a constant circle, you are hard to hit too. While circling there is always a gun ready to fire onto the enemy and that combined with HE makes it dangerous. Still she is very fragile, so you should circle as far away as possible.
At 8:00 you fell to being used to retarded logic of WG. Ship is spotting easier when it has high observation post (like a plane, then a high battleship tower, not like low profile of DD which is nearly blind because of that), not easier spotted if more thing stick out high. Its not really a coincidence that ALL ships from sails to radar had high masts for observation purposes: even when masts didnt do sails they still remained as vital piece for that.
The lines between the masts are radio antennas, with spacers in between groups of 4 to ensure they don’t touch each other.
Yup! They are för HF Communications!
@@guyintennYeah!! HF is still something of a craft today, experience is the key...
Part of the “scout cruiser” concept. Long range radio communications were important.

The Jager has those also if I recall correctly
The Omaha lot...and the Phoenix...are actually the first main Tech ships I fell in love with and felt comfortably alright sailing in Wows
There is now an other variant : rattlehead, the megadeath collab ship

The Murmansk is a fairly good ship too. At this tier, the Konigsberg is the top dog.
Exeter and furutaka was also a beast tho. With 203mm u can overmatch every single cruiser in the tier
@@u_dinzclone0459 Haven't played the Exeter so can't say. I like the Taco and use it some but give me the Koney.
I expected that this would end on about 5min mark when some BB would take a potshot from sidelines and score triple citadel. It's Omaha after all
Prolly would'nt upload that game. ...Wonder how many he had to play to get this one? LoL !
Omahead.
Marbleha.
Gussied up tug boat.
You forgot the Murmarble. Better torps and a scout plane. But even the Murmansk, the far superior Soviet version succumbs easily to harsh language
No Armour repeat no Armour but man it’s a bbq maker on average 6 or more fires
@@johnfranktullo3463 Much like the Atlanta.
@@ningen1980 but thechead has better torps 8km
Those lines are for drying clothes

I remember when you had to choose between extra guns or AA on the Omaha then the cv rework made that easy for you :)
Murmanskensk is a nice ship as well!
My first ship in this abyss of darkness.
Flambino on an OMAHA!!!!
Flambass you speak some Slavic languages?
1:12
Lovac presretač
Hunter interceptor ....
😊
Since the operation rework Omaha is pure fun with ifhe.
Too bad Marblehead is short on range.
yes
Once again, Flambass complaining about someone taking 'his kill', while merrily trying to kill-steal himself multiple times! GG though.
you forgot rattlehead xD
Mhead birthplace of the US Navy

what a nailbiter! must have been a bad wows day if this game was the best...

@@captain_loeffel sure but does that make this vid any more engaging/fun to watch?

I fell asleep.
I used to get monster games in my Murmansk but just not viable in the current state of this game. You're in constant T7 matches and are too fragile.
