    Hand made is not perfect. Free hand is meant to be imperfect. It makes the piece one of a kind. I think your carving is lovely 😍

    This is a great way to make a pierced bowl! How thick was your clay when you started! Need to try this asap!

      Generally I work with slabs around 5mm thick as I find this is a good compromise between strength and ease of making and the final piece not looking too chunky 😊 Have fun! It would be great to hear how you get on.

    Can we use air dry clay or foamic clay for making this?

      Hmmm, I'm not sure. I'm sure you could make the bowl but I'm not sure how strong they would be with the holes to actually use as a fruit bowl....
