Your abstracts seem to get my attraction more so than recognizable pictures, then again the city paintings are quite interesting also.

I absolutely love this!!!! I haven't done a lot of abstracts like this, but I'm eager to try! Thangs for sharing this! I really love the total " abstractness" of this! Your mind can see anything you want!

I love both...I am drawn to motion. Both styles can express that. I am drawn to color. If combined in the right way either style reflects an emotion.

I like both. I like recognizable ones to only tell part of the story so the viewer has to decide for themselves the actual meaning or outcome, like this artwork you have created.

Great Painting! Thank you for the video! That is a hard question for me to answer. I like both completely abstract paintings and paintings that contain recognizable objects. I recently saw a doctors office in Knoxville Tennessee that had huge completely abstract paintings and they were beautiful. I think you are inspiring me to try more abstract painting. I usually paint landscapes or flowers. Thank you! God Bless and enjoy the Fall!

Hi Ru, I have a burning question. When you sign your paintings, what instrument do you use? I’d like for the signature to set up on the painting and then I can incorporate it into the color scheme but I can’t seem to find the tool or the medium to do it. Any advice would be welcome! Thank you for your videos. I love your work.

No, I prefer completely abstract paintings. I like to be able to draw my own subjective meaning from the painting without the artist attempting to tell me what it is or how to feel about it through the use of a recognizable subject of some kind.
