  • This video shows you how to build a large 4x8 rolling workbench with folding legs and a smooth polyurethane surface. All the steps, parts and tools are included. Wood cuts are at the bottom of the description. And this puppy is heavy and solid so don't let it fall on you when assembling. BTW, 2x4s are not really 2in x 4in.

    4 caster wheels - rated 250lb
    1 box 2.5in wood screws - T25 bit usually included
    4 bolts - 5/16 x 5in
    4 bolts - 5/16 x 4in
    8 5/16in washers
    4 5/16in lock washers
    4 wingnuts 5/16in
    16oz bottle of wood glue
    4 hinges - 2.5in
    Minwax glossy polyurethane
    60 grit sandpaper for rounding leg pivot points
    220 grit sandpaper for sanding surface after first polyurethane coating
    5 or 6 paintbrushes
    old shirt to wear when applying polyurethane
