So obviously I didn't write down EVERY SINGLE PRODUCT I mentioned but if I had something to say about it - I tried to pop up the Brand Name & Product on screen!
suggestion for writing expiration dates on anything: 1) stick on a small strip of scotch tape 2) write on exp date w/ sharpie 3) stick another strip of scotch tape on top to seal the ink and prevent bleeding/rubbing
Tina, I went to a Asian grocery store today and they have Japanese skincare. I remembered your comments about no information or expiration date, I really would like to try more Japanese skincare, please recommend your favourite brands. Thank you 🙏
Loved this! Decluttering/organizing is always fun! I always do a end of year clear out as well and I love seeing what I have but also get a bit overwhelmed sometimes. I’m not a skinfluencer, I just buy too much skincare! 😅🙈
I love when you go more in depth into different skincare ingredients and why to use them. Would also love to learn more about what products are okay to combine, and what type of combinations to avoid!
Totally agree with you on everything you said about Laneige cream toner. Hard to layer and a bit greasy for me too. Ended up using it on my body, was sick of seeing it half full on my counter and I hate waste 😂 xx
I decided to go back to using Hada Labo because of you 🥰 and waiting for my Naturie skin conditioner to arrive. I love how you try to explain every bit of information.
Just found this video, and I'm now spending my Sunday going through all my skincare and starting to write down expiry dates and opening dates, so I'm much more organised and hopefully get to enjoy them before they expire. Feels so good.
Glad I'm not the only one writing all my perfumes, skincares and makeup products expired and opening date hahahahaha Always organize it by types : toners, essence, dll then by their exp date... in each product I put labels open or not and then its opening date... Every month I review my notes and change my routine according what gonna be expired in 2-3 months later. Doing this method make me shop less (I'm a hoarder hahaha) and at least I almost used up all of my stuffs. Also discover what I really love and works wonder for my skin. Good job girls
Omg, I’ve never seen hail before! I can’t believe that just randomly falls from the sky! I like how you actually try to stay organized with ur skincare. Usually I just blatantly ignore expiration dates unless I don’t like the item and am looking for an excuse to not have to use it up.
Hey Tina, I feel your struggle for having to keep up with opened dates and sorts since I myself like to try a lot of products here and there and then would forget about them. I tried writing with pens and sharpies but they can get rubbed off (especially cleansers)…. a good tip that I’ve found is to get a label maker from Officeworks or smth (mine cost around $30) and get a plastic label tape and tape every time you open a new one.. not only they last, it’s waterproof too… yes there’s some initial cost but mine has lasted for years until now.. so i think it’s worth a try if you’re interested ^^
Thanks to you I started checking and loggin when my opened products expire, before it was just a lucky (mostly unlucky 🤣) guess. Always enjoy your videos ❤
You should use one of those condiment containers that you use in your fridge for the smaller tubes of skin care in your bathroom’s trolly it’ll help save some space 😊
Video request : Mayen a Routine With a lot of Serums behause skincare is fun Or a colour coordinatet Routine for each day in the week (Since you like colour coordinating your skincare)
You can check the date of manufacture of the japanese products using their batch codes 😁 there are many sites that can show you the date if you have the code on the package.
I've got psoriasis and eczema on my face, and Cream Skin jacked me up~ lol. It dries me out ssooo badly (luckily I just tried a friends). I use the WASO jelly toner, it's very good to me 😂 I use tiny little stickers and write the date I opened a product, and stick it to the bottle or inside the lid if there's a protective cap inside. Some times they last longer than their dates, some times they super don't 😂
Can u please review Tony moly tea tree toner? Not a lot of people talk about this brand, but it's easily available in India. I have oily skin so it looks quite promising. ❤❤
How does the Bifesta makeup remover compare to western micellar waters like Bioderma and Garnier? The Bifesta is like £10-15 which is waaaay more costly than the western ones so am wondering if it’s worth getting if it’s any better?
I’m sorryyy 😭 maybe because I get more one off pimples and n cystic? But I am so glad you found your HG! I will recommend it to people for what you said 😌
I guess you can use it on legs and feet. I did it once. I used an expired essence on my legs and fortunately nothing bad happened. I guess it just makes the products less effective.
I would not recommend it!! As I said in the video - it’s only my own skin that I’m putting at risk (which I know is hypocritical of me but I know my skin very and monitor it closely!) but definitely recommend avoiding it if you can!
Hi, I was told by Mecca sale assistant that Korean and Japanese sunscreen is not strong enough to cover our Sun protection for People who are living in Melb like us. Can I pls ask for your thoughts on this? I do like Japanese products.
I tried to look thru the opened skincare 3-4 months before their expiry dates. Usually I will empty a product that didn't work on my face or I didnt enjoy the experience on my body or if the product was opened long time ago. So far I haven't thrown anything. Except the product that I got as a giveaway and it was expired unopened and way before I got the giveaway prize.
You are very lucky u have alot of skincare but me even facewash i do not have pls sponsor me some products you dont need i really watch your video every single day 🥺

I’m not even an influencer and I have that much skincare 😂
I learned my lesson recently. I was using stuff that was expired last year because I didn’t check the date 😅

This is so satisfying 🤭
I love these sorts of videos ^^ thank you for bringing us along
Please do a video of your favourites and less favourites from those products that need to be used before they expired 😊
I am definitely planning on both next month!!
Love your videos, you should consider using a Sharpie marker to write dates on your products
This was great and engaging i felt like i was hanging out with you while you cleaned!
Thanks to you I started checking and loggin when my opened products expire, before it was just a lucky (mostly unlucky 🤣) guess.

Great reminder to check my expiration dates!! My skincare items are fine, but some makeup items are not lol

The Good Molecules exfoliant is the best use it once or twice a week at night.
I love it tooooo ❤️

want you to film best of 2021 Japanese Korean skin care and any haul for Xmas. Thanks love your video.
Hey Tina, what website do you like to order your sunscreen products from?
You could use the Molecules BHA as a pimple treatment.
I feel like I’m the only person haru haru skincare didn’t work for there 🙈 beauty of joeson ginseng essence is working for me 🤩
You could build a routine with the 'have to use up' products.
I feel like I could build many 😅😅

Any advice for not hoarding skincare? As a non RUclipsr I never, ever want to own this much, but it can be hard to make only smart focused purchases
oop, the fact that i have the expiry date notebook too, and im not even a skincare influencer 🤦
Tina Jojoba oil is fine to use.
Hi! Is it necessary for someone who frequently gets acne to use a retinol, tretinoin, or adapalene ?
How could you not like the by wishtrend sulfur gel??? It's literally my holy grail spot treatment for my cystic acne😭😭😭
I’m sorryyy 😭 maybe because I get more one off pimples and n cystic? But I am so glad you found your HG! I will recommend it to people for what you said 😌
@@TinaTanakaHarris yes tyyy I feel that it doesn't get enough love for people who have acne like me
where did u get ur blue jacket?🥺
I use a China marker
What happens if you decide to use expired products? Would you advise that? What advice would you give on that? Thanks

I have mine on google sheets too 🤣
Omg I’ve just opened a Suncut protect essence and it pills on me! I assumed it was my moisturiser. Will have to investigate that now 😂😅
I’m trying to work through my stash too, including makeup. I’m trying not to buy anything new unless it’s actually something that I need 😅
