    Yes very important to know!
I don’t suffer from fibromyalgia and other things anymore!
I struggle with SDSB: stuck danger signal in my brain 😄!
And to get something unstuck, you calm down, you don’t force, you relax…
    That’s my plan for today!
Have a great day Dan and Friends ❤

This is a very important video. I have had 2 surgeries in my life. Wisdom tooth extraction and a broken wrist. Both times doctors gave me pain killers in case I was in pain after the surgeries. Both times I never needed the pain pills. I wasn't in any significant pain. A doctor cut open my wrist and literally implanted a screw in it, and I still didn't experience much pain a day afterward. The most pain I have experienced always relates to some part of my body I have never injured. Headaches, stomach aches, back pain etc. I have never even been in a serious accident that would cause any head or back or stomach injury. I have had every type of MRI, scan, colonoscopy, and endoscopy known to man, and they never really find anything remarkable. This proves to me what Dan is saying is true. I know the wisdom tooth surgery and broken wrist/surgery/screw caused a million times more physical impact on my body than anything that has ever happened to me, but somehow my nerves didn't react to them. So my extreme pain is certainly a result of nerves misfiring for a nonphysical reason, not physical damage.

      This is my situation.
      Cervical spondylosis .disc herniations.
      Symptoms are really bad.
Doctors dont recommend surgery but the symptoms are so bad , i keep thinking this is not tms.
I 've done the pdp test at least 3 times, and my scores are always above 40.
I also find hope when i watch your videos Dan.
I did Physical therapy a while ago and was able to do some pulling exercises with weights.
I really dont know what will work for me.
      Pt or tms.
There are few success stories for neck pain or spondylosis, but im still here hoping this will help me.
I want to be pain free.
Pt said herniation will no longer get back to normal and pain management and posture exercises are needed so that my conditiion will not get worst.
The tms approach is what most ,if not all people would want.
We want to be pain free.
The problem is the Fear that if you ignore what the medical system recommends, your condition will worsen.
How can we really make a choice to believe tms , when what you learned in the medical system created the big fear in your mind...
Is neck pain really about posture?
      Pls.help.

Dear Dan PLEASE i need your help/ opinion.
i had burnout, later pppd, and now pppd not that much anymore, but still my eyes are the main fear that i wish it was recovered finally. My visual issues are: the slow processing of: the eyes> nervous system& brain. The info that comes in that goes through the system to the brain and back to the eyes and myscles that need to converteren, divert, accomodate etc. The processing is going that slow that i feel bad all day long. When looking around me it always feels like a microsecond delay when i feel it in my brain what i see or feel when i walk.
So, my eyes are checked by an eye doctor. Opticien, and optometrist. Technically ALL is fine! And all is working as it should. Also my brain is fine. MRI is fine.
    So medically i am FINE.
I know TMS exists. And i know i feel anxiety every day because i feel these symptoms still.
And today i finally realised, that my 1 doubt between is it TMS or why do i feel this way?
Is: i KNOW it is medically fine.
I KNOW TMS does a LOT of weird things and can also cause these visial delays.
BUT...my mind is always saying to me: but what if it is something else?
This cant be only fron fear or dangermode?
How can thar cause my eyes to feel so bad and my brain to process so slow...it cant be that? Tms?!
But...now i am thinking...apparently i am thinking there can be more reasons why i feel this way???
    So, my question is:
If this is NOT tissue damage. And not a medical issue...
Can there be other reasons why my brain can do this to my processing speed with my visual skills?! OR...
is the only other answer than: this IS TMS❤

Day 7/14 of antibiotics/ steroid drops for ear infection after 1st spray course failed. It's the jaw joint and random tooth pain that's me so much fear, pain.
Did test specifically for this, got 19. I know I have deep fear that it's something sinister 🙄. Do I wait til I've completed last week of meds and then retake test or just go with pdp wholeheartedly now. Health anxiety a big thing for me. Am still making sure I get outside but the overthinking is draining.
