I have a couple Hulkman jump starters.
An 8.5 for work and a 6.5 i keep in my car for personal use. I work at a dealership and that 8.5 has never failed to start anything lol.

Plug it into the wall outlet first then into the jump pack. Not the other way around

I bought mine 10 months ago, charged it and put it in the back of my car. Today I needed it and it wont turn on or charge when I try to charge it. Any ideas or suggestions?

I heard on some jump starters you have to start your car within 3-5 seconds of clamping it onto the terminals, otherwise the device shuts off to keep it from draining it's own battery

Was it charged fully,heard you have to recharge about every three months for 4-5 hrs.
