Praying for her daughter’s wellbeing. The plaintiff definitely telling half the story in regards to her daughter. She knew if her daughter went in the hospital she’d start spilling the tea to the counselor.
She seems like someone who tries to work the system especially after her comments about asking for an ambulance instead of going in the cop car. She was gonna try to finesse her way to a hospital so she didn’t have to face them charges.
He’s also mad petty. He could’ve just let her load her stuff especially since he was going to play ball across the street as he stated. I’m sure she wouldn’t have been there by the time he got back. But again, it could be wayyy more to the story than what was said here.

    • @ChakatStripedfur

True, but that's also his driveway and his house. Who knows how long she was going to be there? I've known people like her, who are assholes just to be assholes, and if he just meekly let her get away with that she would've tried worse. Like purposefully parking in his driveway, blocking his driveway (either with her car or with misc. shit), cleaning her car out and dumping the trash on his lawn, etc. There's a reason she lost custody of her daughter, after all, especially with her priors.
Then again you could be right. She might be a bitch to deal with in the short term, but he might be a bastard year-round. This could go a _lot_ deeper than we saw here.
Either way, the only real victim here is her child.

so after listening to both stories, here is what I think happened.
In May, she was pulling her car in and he was walking by and happened to be in the driveway as she started to go in. Seeing this unknown car making an attempt to pull into his driveway (and maybe startling him on the attempt) he yelled "you can't park here" or something of that ilk. She, hearing someone yell, yelled back something like "I live right there, get out my f---g way. i'm tryna get my stuff" and continued to move forward to scare him out of the way. he backed up to avoid getting hit by a car and, now, incensed by her attitude, hung around the car probably trying to say more or at the very least watch her. She didn't like that, especially with her child on the way or out there, so she probably did turn and yell something like 'whatchu want? get outta my face" and did front with no intention of following through. He swung as she fronted and took her down. Then, realizing he was in the wrong, he ran back home and called the cops to try to be first to get his story in.
I think October did happen like she said though, with him calling the girlfriend on the plaintiff because he didn't want to risk his employment any further by getting into an altercation.

I think it was the whole resisting arrest charge that convinced the judge that this lady was full of crap. I can almost guarantee she did try to hit that guy with her car, she did get out and get his face, and he did swing at her and swing at her out of reaction.
And then for the cops to add on an endangering a child charge? That lady wants the cops got there would not stop, and she ended up losing custody of her child. Funny how she didn't want to go to the emergency room, because she didn't want a counselor to talk to her child without her being present. And then her child gets taken away.
