They are having problems getting their cell phone to call out for example but the bill states they owe $500 for long distance calls. So the customer says ‘I know I’m right b/c I can’t get anyone when I call them, so why am I charged for calls that didn’t go through?!?!’ The customer is WRONG b/c the calls all went through & the person repeatedly answered that they wanted to talk to. However, the volume was turned down so low, they never heard the other person saying ‘hello hello’ all those times. Then you have the AHOLES who say they are right, but by default. The menu didn’t say that option was for only dinner not anytime of the day. This happened to my husband the other day. The Chinese food place in town changed when they wanted the General Tao’s chicken b/c the old menu had two. Under lunch & dinner. They modified the menu & it implied it was still an ‘anytime’ but wasn’t listed as a dinner only’ option. He was right when he insisted on getting that meal when he wanted it due to an error.
I wish the plaintiff would have wasted my time (with her non $39 having self), then she had the nerve to become impatient and turns around and files a $312 lawsuit 12 hours later 😒🙄😂 It’s the “audacity” for me 🙄🤦🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️

If you need someone to send you $39 for a hair service, I recommend buying a wavy wig & alternating between that and your regular hair for at two months until you’re in a better financial situation. That wig should only be making appearances at job interviews until then. I think everyone deserves to look & feel good, but we HAVE TO prioritize & live within our means. I’m exhausted.

Both my sisters own salons and you would be surprised how many people pull the "pay you tomorrow scam." They mention that they don't have any money halfway through or at the end of the service. Never to return. So now it cash before delivery or they ask if the have the money to pay for the service before they start. These two are drama queens in the hood.
Many hairdressers make people pay deposits. I know lots of braided hairstyles can cost up to £200. I do not know of anyone who would get their hair done (which can take hours) and then not pay a stylist.

She acted totally unreasonably after that. The defendant didn't have to give her a refund. This idea that “the customer is always right” like it’s some kind of legal theory, so ridiculous. That may be an employers policy that they could enforce against their employees, but not a legal premise that you could get a judge to enforce for you against someone.
