No wonder there are earthquakes in California with the defendant hulking around!
I love how he keeps saying it’s his property. Lol he really doesn’t understand how an easement works
I vote that the verdict be that the DEFENDANT DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH TO DO! And, poor Douglas has to listen to the not so bright DEFENDANT.
The heavy guy is a jerk. Sounds like his dad sold the property and the son is pissed
Yes
I get the feeling that the guy thinks he can use the easement for his storage.
I'm glad he has pics of his bully neighbor
"It's the case of losing it on a nei-"THAAAANK YOU, DOUGLAS!
I would have ruled against this Karen all because of the way he was slouching on that couch...No court decorum at all👎
"Twas ever thus"! 😂😂😂 I love her!
Used to a gaming world, doesn't know how the real one works.
"That's not me touching stuff"
As he's touching sht 🤦
“I DIDN’T ROLL YET! YOU DON’T KNOW IF I TOUCHED THE STUFF OR NOT! YOU’RE A TERRIBLE GAME MASTER!”
I bought a camera just so I could show my neighbor how much his kids were playing my front yard. Once the camera was up I recorded them literally playing football in the middle of my yard. Their backyard is the size of a soccer field so they have plenty of space to play. To make matters worst they toss water bottles & other trash all over the place, including my yard.
I really believe in Robert Frost's words, "Good fences make good neighbors." If we all respect each other's boundaries, we'll get along just fine.
So you video your neighbors kids? Okkkkkkk
@@cwstewartjr1973 anyone that passes in front of my property gets put on video. I showed the video to their father. The kids' father also has cameras so all of their friends get put on video too. 👀
@@farmermarshall yeah I dont know about 2 grown men videoing little kids playing. Sounds pretty creepy
@@cwstewartjr1973 🙄🙄🙄 he records his yard. The kids have no business being there.
At the end, Harvey said it best, “Communicate and get it in writing.” So, so, SO important.
the defendant, mr. Hamburglar, has nothing he's just been there a long time maybe he inherited his house from his parents. He feels entitled and he's a big baby a big baby hamburglar. He wouldn't be on my property taking a camera on anything else more than once.
Nice story at the end
Defendant has racist vibes... Him and his dad... Asking him to show stuff to prove he lives there at one time.. Yeah
.. They just don't want the plaintiff being there.. It is what it is. The end
I don't like either one of them.
I knew this was gonna be crazy when I saw the thumbnail lol
Defendant looks like he eats cheeseburgers for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
8:49 the defendant has a husband? lololol
Name’s “Bubba”.
@@abloodsplatteredhalo , ahahahaha
Lol-I caught that too!!
I have been listening for years but didn’t know the judges were parents of a Rainbow Baby, I feel for them…sending blessings and love to all
I thinks she's talked about having a few miscarriages before
She's had 2 miscarriages
I don't think any of her daughters are lesbian
Thank God I don't have no neighbors like that I hope I never get n0ne
Its a shame realtors and sellers don't have to disclose how batshit crazy tthe neighbors are
That neighbor is a destructive nuisance
Oh wait, it's my parent's property.....lmao!
