Vaseline worked it’s way into my eye, blocked my tear ducts, areas behind my eye, caused severe irritation and infection. It took going to my optometrist four times, two types of eye drops, a gel at night for infection due to all the irritation and these patch glasses that I had to apply warm using my microwave to melt the oils in my eyes 5 times a day. My eyes teared 24/7 for 6 weeks, I almost lost my mind with the tearing. Girls it is not worth it, don’t mess with your eyes unless you no what all the possible outcomes could be.

I hate to sound cheap but these serums are really overpriced and the results don’t last without always using the product so I just don’t feel like it’s worth it to me. My lashes are pretty long naturally they’re just very light. But with a good mascara they look pretty good 😊
Finally trying this brand-BECAUSE OF YOU! I have tried lilash, revitalash and grandelash and honestly they all work. My lashes are long and luscious! Revitalash is more of a watery consistency yet irritating to my lash line until they are dried. I’ve only tried lilash BROW of course in addition to the LASH serum. The lilash brow serum works too. I feel like they got dark too. The lilash was more of a thicker serum and it was comfortable to my lash line. And the grandelash I used as a backup once my lashes were all grown in-just to try and again no significant difference but kept my lashes long. I love all of these and I’m excited to try Maxeylash next. No mascara needed on a day to day.
I’m a 43 year old lady and honestly I’m so glad I watched your video! At first I was like, 15 minutes... But I learned a lot! Side note, you’re beautiful and your brows are out of control GORGEOUS! That’s what I’m hoping for. Thanks for the good info (I was definitely doing it wrong :-)
I used castor oil about 2 months already.. i do notice my lashes got longer and thicker, but you gotta be consistent, in the first few weeks my lashes do fall out a bit, but it grows back pretty quickly, so be consistent 😆. And DON'T put it too much bcs it blurs your eyes & kinda make it squeaky(?), just thinly put it in the root.
What is the difference between lash & brow product? They only give the ingredients for the lash serum. Hmmm....wonder why? Maybe it’s the same stuff in a different tube labeled “brow” to make more $$$...🤔🤔
Bella Rose I agree! Probably true, I mean why would they not list the ingredients for the brow serum when they do with the lash one?!?! It’s so suss!!🤔
I saw a dermatologist use the same prescription eyelash serum (Latisse) on her eyebrow and eyelash. These products are the same just different applicator.
if any of you don’t want to spend a lot of money on lash serums, try using castor oil mixed with vitamin e oil! it works great. the only issue i’ve ever had with it is that a little bit can get in your eye and cause a film over you eye that causes your vision to be a little blurry. it’s nothing to worry about though, it goes away once you wash it off. i’ve also asked my dermatologist about it & she said it’s safe for your skin & everything.
Guys if anyone want to get longer eyelashes. I’ll tell you the DIY: Castor oil ,vaseline(use less vaseline ) ,Olive oil, vitamin e and aloe vera (i used the aloe vera jell ). Mix everything (quantities does not depends) and pour the liquid into an empty container. I apply at night just before sleeping and after 2 weeks I noticed that my lashes are little longer and plz use clean mascara brush because this will help you to get into the roots. And every time wash your mascara brush to avoid unhygiene. Plz try to avoid mascara as much as u can .
I'm so sorry about your miscarriage. My mom had a miscarriage before I was born and I cannot imagine the mental and physical pain you went through. Its been a while since this video was posted so I hope you have recovered and had your beautiful baby that you talked about in you other lash video (after this one) ❤🕊
Bethany081 that’s not really it, some people genuinely believe they look worse without makeup. I don’t think she was looking for compliments with that comment
@@IsabellaKayful completely agree- I always feel a little naked without lipstick or eyelashes extension. Even when people say that it's no different but I FEEL not well groom !!
I’ve been using this since March it definitly works!! I’ve gotten compliments multiple times. My lashes are pretty straight so I permed them and damn I barely need mascara anymore.
If y’all perm them by yourself PLEASE be careful! If you don’t feel comfortable doing it yourself, you can always go to a licensed professional. I bought a lash lift/perm kit off of amazon and I follow the directions that go with it. It lasts me about 6-8 weeks. Don’t get them wet for 24 hours after. I’d recommend doing a patch test before you put it on also (put some of the perm solution on the inside of your elbow for the amount of time it says on the box and if you don’t have an adverse reaction you’re good to go).
Sorry for yet ANOTHER comment, but I forgot to say that ONLY your EXISTING lashes will be affected by the serum. Only lashes that have follicles will grow longer in length, making the base of them LOOK THICKER. Hence, I have found, after a good time of using these serums, that they have NOT made my lashes thicker, only each existing lash becomes longer in length. So the serums do NOT create new hair follicles containing new, lashes. It's still worth using though. You may not SEE the results, if you have pale coloured lashes (mine do not darken either),but when you put mascara on.....wow, the increased length of the lashes is definitely worth it. If you can't actually SEE any visible difference after about 8 weeks....reach for your mascara....
I use Grande Lash MD and I have so many more eyelash hairs. I wear make-up maybe once a month, so I'm not someone who loses lashes from makeup removal or something. I'm 34, and no exaggeration, my lower lash line has easily over 100 hairs. I noticed a difference in length too, but my difference in how many lashes I have is my biggest difference.
This is so helpful!! I just used mine yesterday and woke up today noticing my dark circles and lids are a bit darker than usual and I was like what did I do wrong and watched this and apparently what I thought was my lash line was my lid😭😭🤣🤣 I guess I’m only supposed to put it on my lashes/waterline area, oops
I heard alot of comments like that where it leaves your eyes really bad o has a redmark try to get it only on your eyelashes im going to buy the serum too thats a t i p
I tried using castor oil and it worked. But you need to apply it for 2-4 months at least to actually notice the difference. I wanted to try lash serum at first, because I ruined my natural lashes with the glue for falsies, but I never actually did, because I heard you can get an irritation, redness, purpleness, etc. Today I got one as a gift and wanted to try it out. It's an Evelyne lash serum. I don't have sensitive eye area, so I should be fine as long as I apply it properly. The problem is; it has mascara's applicator. I guess it's kinda better, because applying mascara is easier than putting a glue on my eyelid (talking from experience). But castor oil works. Just be careful, you can get an allergy reaction.
If you stop using these serums, your lashes will return to normal growth, in my case, short and sparse, so I make sure I keep on using it!! 3 times a week is fine after daily application for 8 to 12weeks.
Castor Oil is a great GREAT makeup remover. It is actually good for your eyes... Some people purposefully put a drop in their eyes for healing... and for dry eyes. IMHO... using a makeup remover that is good for your eyes makes sense. It conditions your lashes. PS... I am going to try the lash enhancer ... it appears to work really well. Does Castor oil improve lashes? I don't know because I have used it for so long. I can say, there is lots of room for improvement in my not thick lashes!
Your skin is so beautiful and clear! I’m just starting acne medication and cannot wait to be able to look like that and wear just concealer instead of foundation.
Castor oil dies NOTHING for your brows... but can do a little for your lashes. You will get less shedding and softer lashes but not any amazing growth. It’s a cheap lash conditioner. You can get pimples from the oil though... occasionally. As you are clogging up a hair follicle. It’s worth a try but you will not get lashes like this result 👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻. This result is amazing and some serums are better than others. Some serums should not be used on your brows either. All this advice is great!! Advice for iris colour changes is don’t put it on directly before bed. Put it on about 15 mins before bed and then let it dry then you are set. Great video!!!
Thanks so much for showing how to use the serum properly. I was not. I have given up several times because my eyelids became swollen, red and irritated. I will try your method. I sure hope it works for me.
I’m sorry for your loss I know how you feel. Had. My first miscarriage at 24. Time will make you feel a little better as with any loss. The video was so informational. I was nervous about using it.
I’ve been putting castor oil on my eyelashes for over a year and it definitely thickens and lengthens. I like it because it’s a natural alternative but I don’t think the results are anywhere near as drastic as this serum can do though so I’m going to order this(:
have done extensive research and castor oil has zero scientific evidence that it helps hair growth. The most it will do is help to condition the lashes, which may help them look and feel better and not break off as easily. So it's not a waste, but it definitely won't work like a lash serum. RapidLash is one of the more affordable ones I have found at between $30-$60 a tube and it has the same ingredients as all these other non-prescription serums so I'm currently trying it. It has been 2 weeks and I am seeing a slight difference. My lashes were in super bad condition after I had been wearing extensions. I had bald spots that are slowly filling back in.
Hey, I just wanted to warn you about the ingredient Isopropyl Dihydro Noralfaprostal in this product. It has indeed not been proven to cause abortions, change your eye colour and cause local fat loss. But the Latisse product and some other products have an ingredient in them (Bimatoprost) that does cause these side effects in a large percentage of users. The active ingredient in Maxeylash is very similar to the harmful ingredient in Latisse. The group of ingredients they both belong to is called Prostaglandin analogues, these ingredients have hormone like effects in your body, different prostaglandin analogues can have different effects, so perhaps this particular one will not change your eye colour. But, if there is no conclusive research which proves that it is safe, why risk it? This group of products can have some really bad side effects. Please be careful! I don't like meddling in other people's business but I wouldn't want you to possibly ruin your beautiful eyes because I didn't say anything.
Castor oil works Great! my lashes grow long! Make sure it's cold pressed hexane and paraben free castor oil use it at bedtime wash off all makeup make sure all of mascara is off! buy some mascara brushes get a plastic spoon put some of the oil in the spoon take the brush roll it in the oil then apply to your lashes and leave on all night when you get up in the morning take your shower then you can apply this again before putting on mascara i would only use a little on my finger and swipe my lashes with it Not using the amount i do at bedtime i do just a very light coat that's why i use my finger oh make sure finger is clean. do this everyday and you will definitely notice they will grow! oh if you get it in your eyes it will not do you any harm you can actually use it in your eyes to get rid of cataracts I use it in my dogs eyes he can see now! you drop a big drop in your eye make sure you are next to bed ready to sleep because you will have blurry vision a bit but you will see in the morning don't be scared. I love this stuff i will always use it! if you have any questions feel free to ask me! God Bless!
Thanks for this video! I usually don’t comment much on RUclips BUT I want to stop and say that I’m really sorry you had to endure the loss of your baby. You’re beautiful and I pray that your heart heals from you experience.🙏🏽
Why do people always want to look like someone else its not going to happen, be happy in your own skin, I'm plain and average but I'm happy to make the best of what I have, I'm not manically going to wake up in the morning looking like Kylie Minogue, it ain't going to happen
I hate it how nearly EVERYONES before and after pic of things like lash serums are never EVER a fair representation of results! Every bloody time it’s the same. Clearly she has mascara on the after pic, so the before pic with no mascara her lashes are obviously not going to look as full and long. Why does nobody have the tiny bit of sense in their head to show a before and after pic in exactly the same conditions. Annoying af.
Another cheaper lash serum is Lanbena's Eyelash Serum. Its 2$ here in Philippines. They have an online shop at an app called Shopee. You can also visit their website but it's probably more expensive in their website. And another one is Breylee Eyelash Serum they have a shopee shop and a website too that you can visit. Both of them is the same price.
Wow you’re super pretty without your makeup, lucky you have that natural look! Just a side note, lol! Watching reviews since I just purchased neulash at the Nordstrom sale…oh so I tried the rodan & fields one and it helped when I was running out I added castor oil to the container and still helped
I work in an Optometry Clinic in Canada and we charge 200$ CAD for Latisse and I believe that is a 3 month supply.... If this works and is safe then dooo itttt! Latisse also works but it's very pricy because it's doctor approved.
There’s a lot of brown on your eyes, it’s probably sulphur in your body and your eyes are probably blue For more info check out Dr Robert Morse channel, your beautiful.
I just got the Rodan & Fields lash boost and used for the first time last night. Eyelids literally irritated af this morning and I was bummed thinking I was allergic or sensitive to it. Watched your video here and I am pretty sure I literally just put way too freaking much on! Gonna try again and follow your application tips. Thank you!
It has been 5 days now. Day 1. I put the serum on for night time and oh you dont want to get this in your eye. It burns like hell. I did not have the hot feeling while applying it to my eyelash line but it felt itchy. Day 2. In the morning the corners of my eyes were a little bit crusty but that is a normal thing for me once in a while. What I also noticed is that the veins that I have on my eyelids had gone bigger and really dark. That day I applied the serum in the middle of the night because I went to a party. Did not want to skip days that early 😂 Day3. My upper and lower eyelash line was SO RED. It looked like I had not slept in a week or had been doing drugs. Trust me that was not the case. I also noticed that mu eyelid skin has changed a little bit. It looks a little bit wrinkly or maybe I have just started to really look at my eyes more than before. That night i put my serum on but later also cried so I have no idea how it affected it. Day 4. Everything seems to be going good. I feel like I am seeing a really tiny change already. Day 5. I feel back to normal. Can not feel that I have put anything on my eyelash line. So this is the first day for me when my eyes are not red and itchy. Will update soon. Hoping that someone finds this interesting.
if any of u are fond of using vaseline, take a little vaseline and i mean a little, rub it between ur fingers until it gets warm and place a drop of the oil ur want to use and i mean only a drop mix it in with the vaseline. apply to ur lashes. u won’t wake up to red eyes and blurry vision. i can still watch a late night show until i fall asleep it’s a win win
I stumbled upon this video as I was trying to find a lash serum that worked since they got ruined with a terrible lash extension tech. I’m so hoping it works so I can get my lashes back!
I've tried Castor oil (cold pressed), and it worked. BUT you have to be super consistent with it. I used it everyday for 3 months straight, and noticed a major difference in both eyelashes and eyebrows :) A much cheaper alternative. Of course it's not permanent if you stop using it, but deff worth it, especially if you are consistent. Also, it's safe if you over apply, just don't get it in your eyes lol. I just got super lazy with it looooolll. I ordered the lash serum a few days ago, and want to compare it with Castor oil. Super excited! Thanks for the review :)
1.) Apply in morning and night on top and bottom lash lines
2.) Wash face and lashes before applying
3.) 6:44 on how to apply

Revitalash is more of a watery consistency yet irritating to my lash line until they are dried. I’ve only tried lilash BROW of course in addition to the LASH serum. The lilash brow serum works too. I feel like they got dark too. The lilash was more of a thicker serum and it was comfortable to my lash line. And the grandelash I used as a backup once my lashes were all grown in-just to try and again no significant difference but kept my lashes long. I love all of these and I’m excited to try Maxeylash next. No mascara needed on a day to day.
You can also get this Free Tester as well.

It’s the same I used the one for my eyebrows for my lashes and it worked so good lol
Jenny wait so I can use it for my brows too?
if any of you don’t want to spend a lot of money on lash serums, try using castor oil mixed with vitamin e oil! it works great. the only issue i’ve ever had with it is that a little bit can get in your eye and cause a film over you eye that causes your vision to be a little blurry. it’s nothing to worry about though, it goes away once you wash it off. i’ve also asked my dermatologist about it & she said it’s safe for your skin & everything.
Castor oil is not good, it causes a water bag in the eye, then it will hurt to do an eyelid operation.
I used castor oil to clean the roots of it 😭 It never got clogged and my eyelashes were more soft in the morning. It literally felt more clean-
You look so pretty without makeup you remind me of lady gaga !!
Guys if anyone want to get longer eyelashes. I’ll tell you the DIY:
Castor oil ,vaseline(use less vaseline ) ,Olive oil, vitamin e and aloe vera (i used the aloe vera jell ).
Omg your hair and makeup are so frickin beautiful! You lucky lady!
I wanted to thank you for this video! Very informative!
You are so sweet! Thank you so much for watching :)
Your keeping it so real my heart hurt when you mentioned the miscarriage.. and girl you look great without makeup x
I hate when girls are clearly beautiful and they say “sorry this is me with no make up” as if they’re not gorgeous 🙄😂
Taniece it’s called insecurities don’t bash it
Bethany081 that’s not really it, some people genuinely believe they look worse without makeup. I don’t think she was looking for compliments with that comment
Believe me, all VS models have the most insecurities
@@IsabellaKayful completely agree- I always feel a little naked without lipstick or eyelashes extension. Even when people say that it's no different but I FEEL not well groom !!
IT IS A "FAKE" -- SHE HAS NATURALLY LONG LASHES - SHE IS LYING -- I TRIED IT FOR 30 DAYS . NOTHING - MY NATURAL LASHES WEAKENED AND FELL OUT.
I’ve been using this since March it definitly works!! I’ve gotten compliments multiple times. My lashes are pretty straight so I permed them and damn I barely need mascara anymore.
Congratulations Dwight. Had no idea you were so vain 😂
Thank you for your input, Dwight!
How do u perm them?
How do you perm them ?could you tell us.
Or just tint your lashes to see the growth without having to apply mascara :)
UKLash is cheaper and VERY good. Available only online, from the UK. Revitalash is also good....but it's expensive. Teddy UK xx
I purchased Revitabrow but not sure if It works , any experiences?
Lmao her without makeup is 10x better than me with a full face and perfect angles
They faces you make when you seem stumped 🤣😂 priceless. Thanks for the Q&A!!
I've used sweet almond oil. If it doesn't do anything else, it moisturizes my lashes. Can't really say anything about growth. Great video! ♡
This is my 4th time buying this lash and brow serum I alway just come back and watch your video 😂
Amma Sophia i used to use castor oil on my eyelashes for months and when it got into my eyes it was soooo painful how do people do that willingly?!
Best video on lash serums, especially the application - much appreciated!
Yay! Glad you thought so. Thank you for watching :)
Your skin is so beautiful and clear! I’m just starting acne medication and cannot wait to be able to look like that and wear just concealer instead of foundation.
LUMIFY at CVS $8.00 for WHITE EYEBALLS
Omg your reaction to the age question 😂😂🤣🤣
Michelle Douglas 😂🙈❤️
I know right! She's absolutely hilarious!!!
U’re gorgeous without makeup 😍 gonna try the maxeylash ❤️❤️🌈
She still got alot of lipgloss on tho..
I’m trying out the castor oil for my lashes, just need to start being consistent with it. But thanks for the tips of applying it, I’ll be using them.
Thank YOU!:)
Galina Must yea did it work?
I used castor oil and didn’t notice any difference. Using Latisse now.
I’m sorry for your loss I know how you feel. Had. My first miscarriage at 24. Time will make you feel a little better as with any loss. The video was so informational. I was nervous about using it.
For one ...your more beautiful without makeup ...your skin,AMAZING,your eyes AMAZING,your eyelashes AMAZING!!!
I’ve been putting castor oil on my eyelashes for over a year and it definitely thickens and lengthens. I like it because it’s a natural alternative but I don’t think the results are anywhere near as drastic as this serum can do though so I’m going to order this(:
Meagan Kate I always wondered about castor oil! Good to know! Thanks for the info ❤️❤️
I have seen great changes using castor oil...it is the best solution and also inexpensive
I liked to put castor oil on my brows but I don't do that anymore because my hair was getting oily on my bangs whenever I would apply this on them
have done extensive research and castor oil has zero scientific evidence that it helps hair growth.
I'm so sorry for your miscarriage, I hope you're doing okay ❤️
I honestly think you look better without makeup lovely. You have really nice skin and your eyes pop without it xo
HOLY FUCK! THAT INTRO COST MY MY HEARING!! GURL FIX IT
You can buy the ingredients to make this serum for $80 and it makes 20oz. Seriously. Research it. It's SUPER easy to make.
Omg you are perfect without make up I wish to look like you
Why do people always want to look like someone else its not going to happen, be happy in your own skin, I'm plain and average but I'm happy to make the best of what I have, I'm not manically going to wake up in the morning looking like Kylie Minogue, it ain't going to happen
So sorry to hear about your miscarriage, I hope you‘re doing all right. You‘re a beautiful young woman, and everything will work out. Luv u
Just bought it! Glad that 2yrs later your discount code still works. Hoping for great results! 🤞🏽
Incredible
I hate it how nearly EVERYONES before and after pic of things like lash serums are never EVER a fair representation of results! Every bloody time it’s the same. Clearly she has mascara on the after pic, so the before pic with no mascara her lashes are obviously not going to look as full and long. Why does nobody have the tiny bit of sense in their head to show a before and after pic in exactly the same conditions. Annoying af.
Those eyebrows 😍 👌 I wish mine were that thick. Im 39 so they won't get any thicker. Your gorgeous without make-up.
Please stop apologizing. Geez.
Do you use it once or twice a day..I bought it because your you tube was so wonderful..???Please clarify!!
carol newlands only use it once a day!! It’s formulated to just be used once a day. Using it more than once can cause irritation. ❤️❤️
@@LaineyMarieBeauty You are a sweet heart!!xo
Wow you’re super pretty without your makeup, lucky you have that natural look! Just a side note, lol! Watching reviews since I just purchased neulash at the Nordstrom sale…oh so I tried the rodan & fields one and it helped when I was running out I added castor oil to the container and still helped
I am enjoying your makeup videos very much. I am a lady at heart.
Can you use if for your bottom lashes, I just received mine today.
Try no to get it on your under eye i heard it leave your eye look really tired bad
7 rings instrumental🖤🖤
I started using Maxey Ladh two years ago and it worked great! But NOW…my lashes look awful! Is it just not working anymore?
I work in an Optometry Clinic in Canada and we charge 200$ CAD for Latisse and I believe that is a 3 month supply....
If this works and is safe then dooo itttt! Latisse also works but it's very pricy because it's doctor approved.
@tido tido If you get it in your eye.. do not get it in your eye hahaha. My eyes are blue and I've used it (they're still blue) ;)
There’s a lot of brown on your eyes, it’s probably sulphur in your body and your eyes are probably blue
For more info check out Dr Robert Morse channel, your beautiful.
Thank you for info good one. Only 1 question: can I use eye cream after or before eyelash serum?
depends lol
I just got the Rodan & Fields lash boost and used for the first time last night. Eyelids literally irritated af this morning and I was bummed thinking I was allergic or sensitive to it. Watched your video here and I am pretty sure I literally just put way too freaking much on! Gonna try again and follow your application tips. Thank you!
How was rodan & fields??
@@londonlove1720 It made me red and irritated. I couldn’t use it.
Can I get a lash lift after they’ve grown long? or will it interfere with the growth?
Can you use lash serum on eyebrows i have grande lash but it kind of irritated my eyes but can i use it on my eyebrows?
Will start using maxeylash serum today, will update here how it goes :)
Kärol-Milaine Jürgenson heeeey
It has been 5 days now.
Day 1. I put the serum on for night time and oh you dont want to get this in your eye. It burns like hell. I did not have the hot feeling while applying it to my eyelash line but it felt itchy.
Day 2. In the morning the corners of my eyes were a little bit crusty but that is a normal thing for me once in a while. What I also noticed is that the veins that I have on my eyelids had gone bigger and really dark.
That day I applied the serum in the middle of the night because I went to a party. Did not want to skip days that early 😂
Day3.
Pls help me know the name of serum in this video
@@trangtran3235 It is MaxeyLash Eyelash Conditioning Serum
2 weeks and I see no changes
if any of u are fond of using vaseline, take a little vaseline and i mean a little, rub it between ur fingers until it gets warm and place a drop of the oil ur want to use and i mean only a drop mix it in with the vaseline. apply to ur lashes. u won’t wake up to red eyes and blurry vision. i can still watch a late night show until i fall asleep it’s a win win
Im so sorry to hear about that... Stay strong
Thanks, love!
I tried castor oil. It didn't work for me.
Try cold pressed
This might be a paid promotion, she has a discount code and a link to the product in the description...
I stumbled upon this video as I was trying to find a lash serum that worked since they got ruined with a terrible lash extension tech. I’m so hoping it works so I can get my lashes back!
I’m in the same situation- did it work?
No, girl!!! We are all beautiful WONDER WOMEN!! NEVER apologize about how you look without makeup. EVER!! Own it!!!
By "major difference": Meaning thicker and longer :)
Update on lash serum??
