    Hi, may I ask what is the reason for adding the sauce before steaming and after steaming? Can I add it all at once? Thanks.

      Yes u can add all at the same time. No issue on that part. 😊

    how much sugar and how much water?

      Roughly 11/2 tbsp. Water enough to dilute the sugar. Thank u. 😊

    Ya correct recipe some others tell me to steam for 15 mins the squid becomes tough
