125g Soft butter unsalted
125g Caster sugar
125g Self raising flour
Pinch sea salt
1/4tsp Bicarb
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 tbsp Milk
Chai spice mix : 1/2tsp Cinnamon, 1/4tsp Cardamon, 1/4 Nutmeg, 1/4Clove
Spiced buttercream Icing:
160g Soft butter
350g Sifted icing sugar
1tsp Chai spiced mix + extra for sprinkling on top
3 tbsp Milk
Cardamon seeds for decoration
