This Pumpkin Bread recipe that is moist & packed with warm spices, Perfect for breakfast toasted with butter, or a midday snack, this easy recipe will quickly become your go to during pumpkin season.
Ingredients:
140 ml oil
2 eggs
1tsp Vanilla extract
280g Pumpkin Puree
150g Self raising Flour
100g Caster Sugar
100g Dark Brown Sugar
Pinch salt
1/4 Bicarb soda
1tbsp Pumpkin spice Mix ( 1tbsp cinnamon+1tsp ginger+1/2tsp all spice+1/4 cloves + 1/4tsp nutmeg)
70 g Chopped Pecan
