She definitely seems to be! I saw the B-52s in concert in Downton Disney over 20 years ago. The friend I was with saw them sneak out to get dinner before the show, and she approached them for a group picture. Fred, Keith, and Kate walked away without saying anything, but Cindy stopped and took a picture with us, and she was super nice about it. Not saying the others were rude for not taking a picture with us, as they were likely on a tight schedule, but Cindy didn't have to stop. That made a lasting impression.
