I just gotta say I know how hard it is to upload everyday and all the work that goes in it. I super appreciate how often you post content for our entertainment. Lots of creators don’t upload everyday. If you didn’t everyday, I would survive lol but wanted to tell you how much it’s appreciated!! ❤

all of simsrealist mods are really cool and are great in the game. I always mess around with different ones, the snb bills and banking mod are really good additions to the game for more realist financial game play. plus you can have different bank accounts for sims in the same household

Do they cause any lags? I'm always so hesitant to add mods because I hear so many stories about game lag from them
@@paquetdemouchoir i don’t know about curse forge, i’m assuming updates there right now are kinda slow so i would check simsrealist website to see if there’s any available
@Julia honestly depends on how many you have and what type. I think that alpha is the one that will cause more lag, but I have some maxis match for hair and clothing as well as max 10 script modes in my game. I play on my laptop if that helps any, and I don't really experience alot of lag
The amount of work put in this mod is insane (and it's coming from a game developer). Your video shows how great these mods are!

Yessss I loved this mod when I found it! Don't use it now because it didn't really suit my playstyle but it was really well made
I totally agree that it feels like an official expansion. It feels bETTER than that to me. EA could never.
This mod made me realize how limited home decorator is. We should have an optin to call the clients in our office at least. This mod is a bit too complicated but very well made.

Yes i love this mod! I create my own rentals and vacation homes and you can even flip houses if you want
I follow them on Patreon, but was always intimidated by their mods. It really looks so fun to play around with them. I completely I agree with you, this looks like an actual sims expansion pack. It's so in-depth, and like you, I love the random realism, not some random senselessness (which somehow EA think it's a quirk) the game often has.

Earnest money goes towards the final amount. You can also get earnest money back in most cases. Also, the US has a 30 fixed mortgage and overall a safer and better process for home buyers. The UK is nothing but rentals and land lords
I recently got this mod and found when negotiating for the property the people I need to talk to are invisible :( I really want to play this mod but I cant seem to get it to work right =/
