damn wish they made just the projector, dont need new phone, but tiny projector with image quality like that would be cool
I would agree. A mini Bluetooth projector would be a must have accessory and the price point could possibly help sell more units than trying to justify buying a phone that has a built in projector.

Everyone: “How can we beat a no headphone jack?”
Producers: Projector????
companies: genius give this man a raise
Cryptor Just imitate Apple even though without any benefit to them
Actually it would be cool if companies included a 2nd type c port as that's way more useful than a headphone jack and it could also do all the stuff a standalone jack could like charge and listen at the same time but you could do new cool things like run a usb hub/dock with display output thing and power at the same time
random stuff most of the mobile accessories works on headphone jack
@@amrmustafa8219 are you implying I can charge or connect a display through a headphone jack? 🤣
I'd choose the projector phone. The fold phone'd be a bit bulky.
The galaxy fold?
YnaTheWolf I don’t think anyone can afford ether even the projector phone isn’t good quality and if a brand that knows screens it would cost too much.
Is that a Galaxy fold in your pocket or are you just happy to see me ?
i go for a foldable phone i don't need a projector
The Huawei Mate X is arguably thinner than any phone out there when unfolded but even when it is folded it's only 11mm thick.
Between foldable and projector, I'd still choose a headphone jack. It is still the most useful feature to me.

Ooh! It's a Microvision laser projection module! I love that company's tech. Best on the market so far.
I think microvision uses TI's digital light projector tech
@@cybervoid8442 Err.. No they don't! Microvision is LBS laser technology. They are an independent company with their own tech. TI uses DLP.
@@Supervidify but zack said it uses Micro.electromechanical actuators for light projection.. isnt that what DLP does too?
@@cybervoid8442 TI's DLP uses a separate mirror per pixel. Microvision's MEMS LBS (laser beam scanning) uses just one mirror to scan all pixels. For a 720p display like the Blackview projector, DLP would need 921,600 mirrors. Microvision's latest LBS scanner uses 2 mirrors and can generate a 1440p display. That's 3.69 million pixels. For that, DLP would need 3.69 million mirrors.

*Yeah, the auto focus on a laser beam projector... Well done, Jerry*
Is this sarcasm ? Why ?
@@choupi4719 Yes it is. You see, a laser beam projector uses a mirror to steer the already focused beam around, pixel per pixel. This "scanning" happens so fast that we humans perceive the projected points as one image.
See, the beam is already in focus. No external focus lenses are required. Autofocus means that something adapts the focus optics to the new focal distance of the wall, with laser beam projectors that's not the case
@@SinanAkkoyun Oh well that's so nice you gave me this explanation ! The mirror has to be incredibly precise and fast ! Refreshing 2millions positions at 25/30fps, that's quite a lot
@@choupi4719 Of course, my comment is not meant harmfully, just funny :) Yes, this is such a high scanning frequency that you need a micromirror (typ. 1mm diameter) with micro actuators (called MEMS) in order to tilt it that fast and precise!
