It’s a good product. Usually with automatic curlers I had bad hair tugging experience but with dyson I didn’t experience such hair fall. Since it uses less heat,so breakage is also less.
Hey Mandira, from my experience, if I’m in dry climate, hair stays frizz free all day long. But in humid climate, hair gets frizzy instantly if I don’t use non-Frizz products and setting spray.

Hi Aiswarya, it lasts for approximately 1-2 days (I use hair setting spray also) curls stays frizz free for me but not the hair of crown area that had been smoothened😊

Hi Seiya 😊, Dyson Airwrap in India is of 1300 watts, here I have 220 volt supply & 15Amps,so maximum wattage I can use is (Watts=volts x Amps) is(220x15=3300). In your region, if supply is of 220 Volts and 5Amps, so max you can use is 1100Watts (Dyson Airwrap 1300watts). Your switch board might get hot after certain usage of Dyson, so it’s better that you change the Socket to increase the Amps and talk to electrician about it. I hope this helps.

@gudalasnigdha9023 “Frizz control” Serum or spray will work before blow drying your hair. It will make hair humidity resistant and provide shine to hair. Straightening “hair effect “ will be gone once the hair is again wet or in humid after setting it with Dyson.

Hi i bought the dyson airwrap and my hair is frizzy and semi straight because of permanent straightening in the past. I used the firm smoothing brush of the dyson..but the style stays for maximum 20 minutes only. I have used it on damp hair and on highest heat Any suggestions??
Hi Nikita 😊, Fews tips that helped me are as follows :- 1. Try to do the styling in humid free condition.. like be in AC room while styling your hair. 2. When using the Firm smoothing brush , take small section of hair and slowly take the styler from top hair 3 times, and beneath hair 3 times and finish it with cold shot. (Use highest heat and highest airflow speed). 3. Try to use anti frizz shampoo, conditioner , serum , anti frizz styling products.

Hi 😊, I also have 3 pin plug Dyson Airwrap, since it’s 1300 watts , it will take around 6 Amps(if volts is 220). So all you need an Extension Board, where you can use Dyson- 3 Pin plug. I hope an Extension Board will solve your problem.

Would u use the brushes to make yr hair striaght or it does not make it straight with curly hair?
It does not straighten the hair like flat iron does (for my hair type atleast), but Firm Brush makes hair smooth enough to keep hair manageable.

You might have high porosity hair, you need to fix that to avoid your hair getting back to curly when straightening them
