BLU I learned as a French brand at least when I searched up obscures smart phones brands I think around 2011 I can’t actually remember when I searched that it could’ve been a lot more recent like 2013 Also, a lot more reason as of the last two years, I learned that TCL is a Chinese company TCL stands for telephone communications Limited
Normally we don't limit your phone sales at Walmart (I'm a sales professional for the phones in Walmart), only reason could be due to the fact that only the phone reps can sell multiple phones at once, not the Walmart reps
It could also be the manufacturer's decision. I don't work in the electronics department and I'm certain the only reason I don't is because I know too much about electronics (It only took me about a minute to help a customer with a problem setting up her new phone after a person in that department failed to do so in almost an hour) I'm just a cashier up front. Mind you, I'm one of very few full time cashiers because I've been working at my store for over 10 years, but I still have a lot more experience than most of the other cashiers. Electronics is my passion.
@@TheTenchiOniCan you explain how you knowing too much about electronics deters them from letting you work in the electronics department? I am curious
@T.C.M.Y.T anyone who is passionate about electronics, doesn't buy them from Walmart lol. Most of their electronics dept is cheap crap in a tech nerds mind
I work at Walmart as a cashier. The issue of only being able to buy two budget phones is either to make sure people who actually need one can buy one or the manufacturer is the one limiting the purchase quantity. It's usually the latter. Like when I sold over 200 vinyl folders to a customer. I'm almost certain she bought them to resell them. Once I hit a certain number over 100 even though I rapidly scanned as many as my slow cash register allowed almost half of them had to be scanned again as a new sale. And the most annoying part was before I could scan the coverage again I swear I had to hit the "OK" button onscreen at least 65 times to acknowledge it was not being added to the first sale. Of course I think their IT "Professionals" could use a lot more training to do their jobs to actually be considered professionals, but who am I to judge? I'll tell you who I am. I own a gaming desktop that I designed. Lots of pretty lights that easily show through the fancy-dancy tempered glass side panel. The front panel only has three RGB fans to show off.
It is if it's not connected to one company and you can't unlock it and use it with your other company when you don't want for example Verizon you want to replace them with AT&t but what happens if you have a contract or you can't unlock your phone in this case those phones would be better if you could unlock the carrier

I don't need unlimited, so I'm using the 15gb plan on mint, when you buy 6 or 12 months at a time, it's like $25 a month, I would switch to us mobile or visible because you don't need to buy months in bulk, but I'm lazy and don't want to deal with changing carriers

The letters "TCL" give me the stomach-burnies. Although I had heard about TCL's infamous quality control, I rolled the dice and bought a $230 55" 4K TV from an Amazon "Lightning Deal" during the Prime Days. It had dead pixels and other problems. Re-boxing the dang thing and driving it all the way to the UPS Store was a royal pain.
I have a pile of TCL smott foans in my spare phone stash. They're similar to yours and cost about $6 each from ebay. They were sold as used but arrived in what looked and smelled like new condition. I don't like them, but they serve spare phone purposes
