just a tip for the ordinary hyaluronic acid serum, it used to be super sticky for me as well but your skin has to be damp when you apply it!! hyaluronic acid seals moisture so i usually use a face mist or leave my skin damp after i wash it before i apply the serum 🙏

as a texas girl, maybeline fit me? yes. i don’t know if they have a great shade range or not, but if you put just a little bit on right after your pre makeup routine, let it set while you do your brows or smth, then blend out with a wet blender, it works really well i know blenders take product away but i feel like thats what helps - the natrium serum sunblock as well, and the rare beauty skintint, my biggest tip for summer is i put the tint on the back of my hand and pick it up w my blender then apply it and blend it out after underpainting w a creme blush, *lightly* set everything w pressed powder and then if you want to wear lips, definitely set the lip by applying then blotting and reapplying 2-3 times, i love these tips in the video and i hope these help too

this video just popped up in my recommended on youtube, so glad it did!! i love that you mentioned products you still like but wouldn't use in the summer bc it's so normal to need different products in the summer! i would definitely not recommend using any of vacation's scented products on the face, but i love their formulas as body sunscreens.

I looked on the website and it doesn't specify, but most of the photos showed it on the body or angles of the body so they should probably mention that in their description

I also would recommend the elf whoa glow sunscreen for the summer bc a) it’s a spf, which you need for the summer especially, b) it makes your skin look amazing c) it’s pretty light coverage and works great for a no-makeup day AND d) it works as a primer, though not super sticky

I love the old formula of The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid serum. It felt so plush & really plumped my skin. I swatched the new version recently & was so disappointed in how watery it felt. It may still do a good job but I'm hesitant. Thanks for the good reviews!🩷
ok im about to spill my recent trade secret. the Caliray skin tint, is by far, the BEST skin tint for those who like a lightweight, glowy, yet still mattifiying skin tint. it comes in a decent shade rage (im the Perfect 10, which is like a deep ish tan) and its very affordable. the formula makes it so that you barely have to use more than a dime sized amnt to get good coverage. at Sephora they dropped the price from 32$ to 19$!
