I had an so much fun on this show. Thank you Hitch!!!
this is amazing. need more collabs like this in the future
Bro we NEED to play a scenario game together Ronnie!!!! HMU P3 where Ryan and Sam and Chad practice is my home field and we host big games like Blast Camp does!
It’s dope seeing two of my favourite things come together (optic and speedball) come together was a sick to see hopefully we see more of it!
really glad to see you on here. definitely brought me back to my teenage years. you have a new fan and supporter right here. excited to start watching
RONNIEEEEEE LFG
Anything with Ron Don Dizon in it is a watch from me. Great podcast!!
Miss your content brother ❤
Miss your vids brother, grew up with ur vids and comp paintball. Hope all is well!
The biggest paintball game is at Skirmish. It's located in the Pocono Mountains in PA. They have 750 acres just for paintball. I live 1hr away and I recommend it for anyone to play there.
Ronnie is a true baller. Loved this 🔥
FINALLY someone in the COD/Gaming scene showing love to paintball. Such an underrated sport. Also I think you’d be surprised how many FPS players found their way into the paintball scene over the years. Loved the podcast
My favorite episode so far and I knew nothing about paint ball.
this was a dope episode! as someone who is not familiar with paintball competition, this was really cool to hear/learn. hope the best for their scene.
I loved this episode. As a divisional paintball player / gamer myself, this was such a treat to watch. I met Ronnie a few times at NXL events and he was so down to earth and always made time to chat. Keep up the great content, Davis!
Only halfway through but this is such a good convo. Grew up competing locally and always had a soft spot for the sport and hope to see it continue to grow into the mainstream. I think paintball history is soo good and some of the content from the 2000s is so memorable too
As someone who is absolutely obsessed with paintball and gaming this episode hit HARD! Its two of my favorite things combining finally and believe me we need more of this collab to happen. Content idea is endless and paintball players need a mind for content like yours to get on the map.
As someone who has loved gaming & paintball for most of my life.
I’m beyond happy to see what this podcast is doing, keep it up my dude!!
I can remember coming home early from school a few times between 2005-2008, and seeing paintball on TSN around like 1pm in the afternoon... the last time I went home sick and I couldn't find it anywhere again
Dope episode! One thing I will say is if you watched the GoSports stream for World Cup they actually did digital overlay on the skycam to help viewers identify where bodies were and what zones were being shot and I was all for it. I thought it was pretty funny you mentioned it at around 1:08:27
hhhhhh
Yall added my clip of Dylan Boyum and Brandon Cornell going at it at 1:53:26 , ronnie was talking about a Diffrent standoff that happend with Dylan Boyum (bro's a savage) and Justin Cornell, Verb took that reel, Eihter way great show Ronnie and Hitch
Stoked for this episode! Hoping to see the optic texas boys out playing speedball sometime
Fuq that, go send them to play some 10 man and let everyone get in on some paintball
paintballs dope asf love this episode. really awesome you has him as a guest
Ronnie is the man. Great ambassador for the sport. Great interview.
thats crazy to hear capital edge painball get mentioned in here use to work and play over there, miss the good ol days and to here so many name i havent heard in forever, shout out to tyler harmon and dave bains for teaching me how to play paintball
i loved this podcast so much
It would be awesome if you go hangout with the team and vlog it and continue on the word play by calling it “Beyond the Bar”. The concept would work with your other guests, too.
Thank you for this brother, my two favorite hobbies coming together
I haven’t know any of these guest or their backgrounds except Hecz but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every episode so far. Hitch you’re a great interviewer and keep interviewing people you’re interested in I love learning new backgrounds.
What a great interview. Great questions, too.
Didn't expect this podcast, but what a great one.
So happy I saw the Dizon jersey hanging up on the Aiden episode and checked to see if there was an episode. This was so cool as someone who grew up playing and "working" at a field and even played in the college league. I got excited when they mentioned paintball on ESPN way back in the day because for some reason that always felt like a fever dream to me, since I was so young and years before I started playing. Kinda surprised at the cop-out answer for Rushmore but at the same time not really, it's probably harder for someone in the industry to narrow it down. Mine would be Greg Hastings, Ollie Lang, Matty Marshall and Mr H
As a paintball kid this podcast has me stoked. Lfg
right! i grew up playing, played against these guys and it was great to see and old friend doing cool shit
We LOVE to see a full blown paintball breakdown podcast. Big ups Ronnie and ATB pod this rips and this is huge LETS GO!
Having a passion for paintball and gaming for such a long time and seeing the two world colliding is awesome!🔥
Again, I've learned so much about a scene I've never known.
use to love paintballin when I was a teenager (36 now lol) but as you guys said just was hard financially to get into it. never knew it was still poppin like this. definitely a fan of Ronnie now and grateful I found a way to get back into it. love this podcast!!
Great interview Dizon 💪
Love me some Ronnie man, such a great guy on and off the field
"This guy Federov" i love it lol
I am so glad paintball is gaining in popularity again. I seriously thought it was a dead sport. I was super into it in the late 90s early 2000s but lost interest as I grew up. Then around 2011ish I came across webdog paintball on youtube and that reopened my eyes to the sport. I started watching Mike Philips and Borg (rip) and a few others. It was just cool seeing all the advancements in markers and just the sport. This lasted a few years and then airsoft started becoming really popular on youtube and I am guessing youtube started demonetizing paintball videos or something because all these paintball channels stopped uploading as often, and borg passed away. I just kinda lost interest as well. But over the past few months I have started seeing more paintball stuff again and it honestly makes me happy to see it. No way I could still play it like I used to with a bad knee but I am glad its not as dead as I thought.
Oh god they mentioned paintball video games. I never played anything except for some game I found in my middle school computer lab. It was just a burned disk someone left so I took it home. I got sick and decided to play it. It was an older game. This would have been 2003 so the game was from 2002 or earlier. I can't find clips of it but all I can remember is your locker was basically the store and where you upgraded. It was terrible graphics wise but it was perfect for the couple of days I was home sick.
Love to see Ronnie being an ambassador for the sport!
LETS GOOO RON ❤
Rondon is the best!
1:22:35 back player roles help older veterans with phenomenal gun skills
Amazing podcast! I would have never found this podcast without Ronnie. Now I'm hooked. As a massive paintball fan and player this was awesome to listen too.
This is awesome!!!
Really enjoying these ❤
Yo this is insane never seen this side of paintball and this guy is cool af!
Get out and play it.
U guys should also do a podcast video with some players from the NSL (national speedsoft league) for example like players from S2N or the heroines team
I played the hell out of Greg Hastings on PS2 as well. Grew up watching paintball on ESPN 2 in the summers
12:51 For you non-paintball people the third Russian player was Sergey Solnyshnikov who was later cut under mysterious circumstances. The widely accepted, but never directly confirmed by an involved party, rumor was that he was caught stealing money from Mishka and Federov.
I love how Ronnie just says................and another one :)
These are fucking awesome Hitch. Thank you for exposing gamers to some other hobbies w similar passion. Look forward to more!!!
I’ve played a few xball tournaments years ago and that shit was soo addictive!! I’ll always remember being bunkered my first time ever playing paintball. Dude felt so bad after he did it bc I was only 11 and he gave me a couple extra shots on his way past
mark k loving that chain
I always loovvved that Xbox paintball game, and the extra power ups... so fun.
There was also a plug and play paint ball game that you could get where you could aim a plastic paint ball gun at the screen and play a paintball type arcade game
Mission Paintball! A glimpse at the future
This was such an awesome episode! Never really watched paintball (did play one of the PS2 paintball games and played irl with our youth group years ago (ex boyfriend and I ended up on opposite teams and let me just tell you how satisfying that was 😂)) but this has definitely gotten me interested in checking out some paintball content
Sick episode hitch
Mt. Rushmore is probably... Bud Orr, Tom Kaye, Bob Long and... I'd have to think on the 4th. Dave Youngblood maybe?
Let's go Hitchy! Killing it
Ronnie is a true Pro! 🤘
Ron is the man played with him at blast camp my first day there
Man I miss my purple Spyder TL plus - had the drop down, automatic hopper, modified trigger, a couple aftermarket barrels and some other mods. Pretty sure I sold it though 😩
I would love to get back out, my biggest hurdle as a kid was having to wear glasses to see anything and fogging up pretty much instantly but now I can modify a prescription mask…
🔥🔥 pod
Hop this pops off for you soon hitch
Chris Lasoya, Oliver Lang, Rocky Cagnoni, Matty Marshall
Good content guys!
Part of team usa here! S/o Ronnie🫡was surreal seeing you walk in the room😂
When this show catches.... I'm gonna remember I was here at the beginning. This $#!+ is dope💚🤙
This has been entertaining
That's right RonDon [🤘🏼🔥] #ganggang
For anyone watching. Go out and play. It's great.
Greg Hasting was the Bomb
Loving the show and the diversity of guests. Keep it up brother
Let’s go boys
Have to get the OpTic crew out to Paintball FIT in Waxahachie and link up with the pro team there to get some content out.
Do you know what I know 🎵
Gang Gang LFG 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Don’t worry, we already got Ron back for mw3 this offseason 😏
This is Sick Nasty
Lol, beer pong next? Wonder how that went
Need to get Castro 1021 on the show, would be great
I guess they heard some of this, because they did some of this at cup this year using circles to identity the players left
need to get TheDeeMoe about airsoft. His content is just A1 for airsoft. I mean.
Not sure why he didnt spend more time talking about the Hormesis 1v1 Duel and Joust?? Really cool thing going on in paintball. Politics probably.
Yeah im exactly opposite i know nothing of speedball despite playing for over 15 years because all i do is woodsball and senerio paintball
Very interesting
Answer the disrespecting thing players can do when "dunking" on teams. I was waiting for "The loader dump". Classic, pop the lid and turn the gun upside down, no need for that paint anymore :D haha
yo this is dope boy fresh
W video
AIRSOFT STARTS AT 48:15 JUST LIKE IT)
Note to self get DLX Paint ball gun 😅
Dlx luxe ice x and tm40 in that order oldest to newest models
I wish it were me
👀
Paintball needs codcaster
ill be honest i liked vanguard better than mw2
Davis I see your undies 1:33:59
Matty boy was good paintball youtuber butbhe dosnt make anything anymore
Bounce shots shouldn’t count
Hitch doing good now
