How to Make Polymer Clay Hoop Earrings

In this video we will demonstrate how to use Hoop Guides for making Polymer Clay Hoop Earrings. The same technique can be used with another form such as a cutter or small bottle - so if you do not have hoop guides you can still follow along with the tutorial with something you may already have at home! The video demonstrates using an extruded piece of clay to create hoops, and how to also wrap fully completed slabs around your clay for hoop making - perfect for anyone who loves slabs!
The tutorial uses the following items:
Sculpey Premo Polymer Clay
Hoop Guides (or some kind of form)
Polymer Clay Extruder
Tissue Blade
Printer paper/baking paper
Pliers (optional - to remove hoop guides from clay)
Sandpaper (for prepping clay and findings for adhesion)
Glue (Our preferred is Loctite Gel Control)
Earring finding posts (We used 4mm and 6mm posts)
