The problem with the term “Hate Crime” is that it will constantly evolve into different forms to accommodate an ever-increasingly sensitive proportion of the population. It also allows people in Governments to pass “hate-speech” laws that may aim to serve those who are the so-called “oppressed”, but arguably more so their desire for more control over free speech with the objective to limit any threats to their power and political party.

In Alex jones trial, Mark Bankston(the Sandy hook parent's lawyer) said when referring to alex: "He is patient zero for "alternative facts"". "Take him out of this discourse". "make sure he cant do it again. That is punishment. That is deterrence"."I hope that we never see someone like him agian. I hope that with your verdict he can go away"."I ask that with your verdict, you not only take alex jones platform that he talks about away, i ask that you make certain he cant rebuild the platform, thats what matters"."Alex jones is patient zero for our society's inability to speak without lies". (Mark bankston lies alot, rules for thee not for me). Reportedly.
Gov and mainstream media get to lie all the time, but they call truth lies. If u call a man a man, u could likely be sued for $millions plus be banned from speaking, and being on the internet if they had their way.
Criminally charge alex's judge, Judge Barbara Bellis (is her name reportedly) with violating freedom of speech.
Alex jones shouldnt get in trouble. Freedom of speech. Criminally charge alex's judge for violating freedom of speech. Freedom of speech means all speech. Gov and mainstream news purposely lie all the time, plus they report info they were told like reading a teleprompter, that isnt true and they often dont correct themself, or sometimes they do, either way they dont get in trouble. Alex shouldnt get in trouble for doing what basically everyone does sometimes. Alex wasn't trying to mislead anyone and had no bad intentions.
All speech including lies must be legal, or else gov will lie and call anyone it doesn't like a liar to sue/charge/steal from them.
Teach people not to blindly believe anything, assume, or treat people different based on things others said about them. No one is responsible for someone elses actions.
People have the right to be able to say and think what they want, choose who to associate and assemble with, who to watch or give attention or money to, and who to like or dislike.

Let me unravel some twisted logic here. Whether you like what someone says or not, you should let them speak. That's free speech. Agreed. 👍 But when some people spread falsehoods, rumours, hate and discrimination, they must be stopped. That's not free speech.👎
Also, town-square is what free speech will create. And bounds of law must include how social media platforms must be made responsible, and held accountable, for abusive and fake content that's posted on it, by its users.

If someone says something you don't like, free speech lets you say something back. And when someone says something that hurts a lot of people, they should express their outrage verbally en masse. This is how free speech works: you won't get arrested or sanctioned but others can express their agreement, disagreement, disbelief, contempt, etc. in response!

RUclips should be more lenient about freedom of speech. When Muslims and Hamas advocates or Palestinian protesters are allowed to bash and lie about Israel but defenders of The Israelis are reminded to watch their coments and be respectful, that is very biased. When podcasters are allowed to say all kinds of trash talk but truth is monitored and rebuked, this is not freedom of speech. Some people are even allowed to use foul language. But then if you defend truth or facts you are sent a msg. One sided correcting was done by twitter.
