    …What I think is helpful for new gardeners to observe from you, is to keep the size of the beds, bins, and the trellis to a size that is manageable for one person. That keeps things enjoyable. 😁 🐈‍⬛ 🐾🖤 🪴 🌱

    If you stir-fry vegetables, try growing Choy Sum/flowering cabbage. Its ready to harvest in 3-4 weeks, grows amazingly fast. Similar to bok choy.

    Im so jealous of your peas. Something (deer probably) have gotten on my deck and mowed down my tubs of peas 3 times now. They topped about half the larger peas too but they will produce something at least. Also ate the top 2/3s of one of my cherry tomatoes. This is a new problem that started last fall. my deck is only 2 steps off the ground so that didnt bother them at all.

      bummer, i know how frustrating it is when u walk out to see the garden munched on by wild animals. hang in there, maybe try some kind of barrier on the access areas. once the animals find it, they will come back over and over

    You don’t rotate crops at all right?

    • @BubbleBeet
      @BubbleBeet  3 месяца назад +1

      i do rotate some things, i'll flip the back garden beds so they rotate every other year. but stuff in the front doesnt get rotated. havent had problems, tho i did refresh to new soil in pots in front of garage this year.
