I totally overestimated how many buckets of material I needed! However I followed all the steps like you said. I had been filling in all the cracks over a period of time because there were many. Yesterday my husband and I went to Lowe’s and picked up 7 buckets, 😂, needed only 3! I bought the soft brush and a good metal squeegee with a handle and some cleaner. I used the Black Jack 700, red bucket. I’m 67 years old and pretty handy with projects around the house. I started at 9 am ( can’t make noise before 9 on a Sunday morning, county law) and finished at 2 pm and that included pressure washing. Each bucket of sealer is about 24 bucks and change plus the cleaner, 5 bucks, plus brush squeegee and handle another maybe 20 bucks. The last estimate I got for this job, Montgomery County, MD contractors 600.00 bucks 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Thanks a million for the detailed instructions and also from what you said you aren’t greedy like the contractors around here. If you don’t mind getting a little dirty it’s just a little time and effort. I squeegee left to right instead of up and down and the driveway looks awesome!
