This is the worst kind of video from you. I've got >600 hours in a cherokee. It's what I currently fly. And you still land better than me. Although, TBF to myself, the vast majority of my hours were in a 140 with a nice light nose. I was pretty good with that airplane. The 235 with its heavier nose, I'm not as good at... yet. Also Umatilla sounds like the name of a place that, as a kid, I'd have invented when playing out in the woods with my friends. It's funny to me that it's a real place. Curious why you don't want to slip over water? What risks does being over water add that slipping over land alleviates?
Hahahaha. Thanks man. I read the start of the comment and thought WTF? 😂 I probably should have been more clear about the slip. I didn’t want to slip so low over water. Just in case. It’s not like I didn’t have enough runway really.
