I so needed this video because I am decorating my dad’s surprise party and I do just about everything except balloons
I totally agree. I am self taught also. I learned the balloon side of decorating by doing my kids birthday parties and you are so right you might have a vision but the vision may not come out what you were expecting. I am so glad you did not delete the old pictures I feel like looking back on where we started keeps us humbled because we all have a starting point. Trust me, I know. I used to do the same thing in the beginning. I would get so down on myself because my work didn’t look the way I expected it to look.
When you said balloon columns that was a Confirmation, because that's exactly what I was thinking! I saw someone use plungers for the base. Thank you so much for this advice!!!!

Hi I started off just like you I used to buy the cheap balloons and log onto RUclips and practice like crazy late into the nights. I have a few photos of balloons that I did when I first started and I still like to look at them every now and then to see where I am coming from. I am not a Event Planner just some one who enjoys doing Balloons . I have done a few Balloons designs for friends and family parties and I have got good feedback from them. Keep up the good work and stay safe.🙏🏾
