As much as I’m invested in the ongoing Aria/Merle saga I gotta say Q really delivers every time he’s in a video, he’s such a good spirit, he always seems cheery and open minded.

It is, it’s also better for the environment not only for your health
same I do enjoy a lot of the foods mentioned i eat on a regular basis anyway (eggs and fish no) other than that yes (sourdough bread is one of my favorite foods)

In Brazil we eat more than half cup just in lunch, and more at dinner. We measure it up in ladle not in cups. We ate more like 3 to 4 ladle of beans in each meal.

This was a great video! I’m very interested in learning more about this because I feel like I’ve been an on again off again vegan mostly because I love fish and eggs, and I think this is such a great test run! Plus both these two were hilarious.
Yes finally a video like this with some structure. Can’t tell you how many “I’m gonna try to be vegan” videos I’ve seen that just look like parodies. It’s like they’re being directed by someone that’s like, ok so don’t put in any effort, don’t plan whatsoever, show how sad this way of eating makes you, and show how difficult it is (plot twist: it’s not difficult.) Like at all. I went vegan overnight seven years ago and was previously a huge carnivore and had no problem. Only if you have a preconceived idea you’ve heard from someone else that something’s difficult will it be difficult. And that goes for every single thing in life. Speech over, go vegan.

@@maggieonfire5208 Nope, it's not. Beans is dirt cheap. Cooking for yourself is cheaper than buying processed food & meat is expensive. You don't have to do quinoa - you can just do brown rice (for instance).

Love this!! I’ve been vegan for years and I feel like I could take tons of these tips and incorporate them into my diet as well. There’s lots of overlap between blue-zone and plant based. 😄

Omg I didn't know I'm eating this exact diet until now. Gotta recommend it to everyone though. I have Hashimoto's and PCOS and it's all well. I also have been exceeding in my running and general training as of lately. Super happy with this diet :)

I would suggest to Aria that he explore vegetarianism as it relates to Buddhism. Many many Buddhists are vegetarian and having that connection with his faith would probably make a diet change more meaningful for him 💚
