After the most amazing one night stand with this girl I foolishly went in a super nice guy streak for months and got heartbroken af.

If you want to get girls, just be your better self (DEVELOP YOUR ADVANTAGES, ERADICATE BAD HABITS, ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR FAILURES, KNOW YOUR WEAKNESSES) and accept the girls who are willing to tolerate your flaws and appreciate your effort to improve yourself in many ways even though your perceived value is still 0. If your perceived value is 0(scrawny, fat, hot tempered, dumb, poor etc) and you don't work hard to improve yourself, and act/pretend like alpha male, YOU ARE STILL A LOSER.
For example, if you are good at painting but bad at leadership or lack of humor, then don't try hard at becoming a leader of the group or becoming a humorous person, instead focus on becoming an artist and be confident with what you're doing and be proud of it.

This is a very insightful video with many valid points however, as a girl, I also would like to point out that while strength and confidence are always attractive (something that I had to also agree with due to my dating experiences so far), do not let those aspects overpower your own personality. I recently had to break off a 'relationship' of 5 months mostly because of the guy's overly uncaring dominant attitude that just seemed to increase as the time passed by. He was also violent, as in he never backed off from a fight even when they were completely pointless and easily avoidable and started them mostly himself. He also bragged about his 'battle scars', his complete disrespect for law enforcement and his plans for petty revenge on the people he fought with. All things that piled up and made him completely unacttractive to me despite him being pretty good looking and fit. What I mean with all this is that be confident and strong but don't let it get over your head and define who you are. Men can still be men without having to regress to a caveman mindset. In the same way that weakness, lack of confidence and indecisiveness portrays a failure to provide security so does brashness, gratutious violence and selfishness.

But if we are to follow the author's premise of a direct link between the "alpha male" and the "bad boy" stereotypes as an anthropological fact due to the male homo sapiens' "brain wiring" then, following his own "bad boy" logic, the ancient cavemen would hunt only for themselves so females and offspring would eventually starve to death and our species would not have evolved.
The term "nice guy" has a bad name because women use this as a way of turning a guy down guys in a pleasant way. But we tend to forget that he actually isn't being turned down because he is nice it's mostly because she simply isn't attracted to him but she is not going to say that. So we had just got to the point that nice= rejection. That's totally false or either we have a flawed idea of what bad boy mean if he isn't a trouble maker he isn't a bad boy. I’ve noticed in my day to day life that when I have that “dominant” mindset, women stare at me a lot more and ask me questions and generally like me more. I also accomplish a lot more. I was careful enough to really “test the waters” with every guy who was interested or who I found interesting. I was skeptic at first of what he was saying. So I put it to the test, I was nice to this girl I really wanted for like months and months, and no matter how good I was to her, nothing happened.
But after watching this guys vids & copying his advice, I was still nice, but I took the piss out of her more in a joking way, I made more eye contact, I checked her out & made sure she knew I was, I portrayed the alpha confidence.

Details : There is this girl that I sort of know. Yesterday, I came across her, while we were walking towards each other.
From her face, maybe she was angry. Or maybe something else. I just don't know.
I was looking at the floor and walking so I only saw her when she was very close. Plus it was not easy to recognize her because she was wearing a hat, thus a little bit covered.
However, I am sure she saw me and recognised from a distance because she has good eyes and I was not wearing a hat etc.
Still she gave me a look when she came close to me and I looked at her. Then she immediately looked away.
I kept looking at her for 1-2 seconds until she passed me. It was a narrow lane so we were very close to each other. Thus she should have realised that I will notice if she looked at me from so close by.
Maybe she was angry but maybe she not angry. Because if she were angry, she would not have given me a quick look as we passed by.

The size and shape of your muscles is largely determined by genetics. Also, how people will treat you matters as well. For example, in our culture today, being big and burly is actually downplayed and people are encouraged to diet and be skinnier. So, big people are actually not celebrated. Likewise, if you're too skinny, people want you to be fatter. Being skinny or fat are genetic traits (I believe), however the skinniness lives on because people still find skinny girls attractive, which only the skinny guys can help reproduce, so there is a market for skinniness in our culture.
Also, in order to be strong, you just need muscle memory. For example, I would consider those skinny gymnasts that go to the Olympics in China as "strong," even if they look scrawny and skinny. They still have amazing athletic abilities. Imagine a skinny guy that shoot a bow and arrow perfectly. That guy is skilled. Actually, most animals are skilled in this way. It's not about what you look like, but what skills you actually have. That's not even counting the other factors that humans have at their disposal... intelligence. Intelligence can be used to outwit brawn as well.
