Good fan , actually i read a lot of bad comments about orient brand in particular, i have an orient quasar in my parent's room for close to past 10 years. It has 0 issues as of now even with pretty daily usage. The bearings also in particular i believe are very good quality as it always has had a very long spindown, even does now too. Just one rub from a dry cloth and the fan still looks brand new , not kidding , the fan also seems pretty sturdy in its build. Air delivery might not be the best in class since i heard that crompton high speed and such fans have best air delivery( although i haven't used a HS other than in hotel rooms). I still feel that the brand does some justice in certain models if not all
same I had done with some local brand celing fan unfortunetly some how the device got damage i have some photos of that fan in an other device but nice deco that you made
Bro this fan is rewound, the orient deluxe with original windings, the poles are a bit thicker, the guy didnt use correct gauge of wire, hope winding dont burn since its a typical orient thing for once original winding fails it keeps burning again and again. All the best, if u need any help in restoration pm me
Bro its original not re wounded same coils for Pankaat's de luxe 56". And also its exported fan and construction is not similar to that meant for Indian conditions!
Nice restoration along with good explanation, did you replace the upper bearing or regreased them. My grandfather’s bungalow has 4 orient deluxe same fans others are ganesh, ushas and cromptons. The house is locked since2009 after he passed away.
@@antiquefanworld1728 yes i want to but my mother won’t allow me,she says let them go with the house as she thinks vintage fans are junks. But will do something to procure them. The problem is transportation my grandfather’s house is some 400km away from my house.
@@antiquefanworld1728 I'm in search of 4 blades Usha Kohinoor Super Deluxe. Actually I have 3 blade Usha Kohinoor Super Deluxe but it's medallion is lost and I'm in search of medallion too.
Awesome video 📷❤
Thank you 🙌

ORIENT DE LUXE is much high quality fan from 1950s till the late 80s before thy spoiled the design. Make a video on it!
Much better than high speed and high breeze 56
Yup but only problem is its bush!
Better performance than before.
Obviously.
Both the canopies are bit broken. You can place white furniture tape on it.
Ya!
Good job bro 👌🏼
Thank you bro! 😊

Thats the newer version of the blue ring orient deluxe! The older one has a bigger stator and rotor and 22x11 coils
Ohh so this is later version! DE LUXE. Thank you for your information. Glad you like it!
Congrats 👏 Never be afraid to open these fans since opening them will provide a miracle 😂😂
Obviously, your correct! 😁

Wow. you should take them before further damages occur by dripping of water, sometimes bush will get stuck due to the lack of oil.
I haven't changed the upper bearing. I just poured some sewing machine oil.

ohh! hope you get it soon after visiting the place. those fans will be 18pole only. 22pole was only available for export quality fans.
@@antiquefanworld1728 yes thanks i hope to do so,as i remember all those fans were never repaired and their medillions were intact
