I never tire of these reno before + after videos. Love Joanna’s style ... but does anyone else wonder who pays for the furniture, fixtures, painting, etc? Their budgets are very low compared to northeast US.

All their projects are stunning... personally I am not a shiplap fan, no one asked me anyways! I feel like some of the "conflicts" in the script are planted to create a narrative.

Chip used to flip old houses prior to their relationship then Jo started decorating at least one of the houses. 😊 And it went on for there. So Chip need support for the viewer as well.

Did they update the insulation in the house? This is Texas. This is an old house. They need at least R-19 on the sides and R-30 in the ceilings. Without 2x6s or spray insulation, I doubt the house's insulation will keep the homeowners' happy with their utility bills.
One thing that does stand out for me is the roof shingles!!! Wished they would share who made those roof shingles.

This couple knows how to get a house done....classic designs and look very cosy...never will be bored of the colour schemes they use and how the decor is put together....sad that they stopped this show now....must have been tired

Walter Joshua Pannbacker just.use a vent a hood that vent to outside problem solved! We did that when we moved our kitchen and added a family room!
